A lovely gathering place
Our three generation family flew in from across the US to spend a long weekend in Pacific Grove. The house is quite roomy and well appointed. The grandkids loved the quirky nooks, twin bedrooms, and large living spaces. Much of downtown Pacific Grove is within walking distance, as are parks and Lovers' Point on the bay. There is no yard at the house to speak of, but several parks are within a 6 block radius. We'd love to spend more time at this rental, should the occasion arise.

Best VRBO I've stayed!
This is by far the best VRBO stay I've had. First the communication w Michelle was proactive and informative. Check-in was so easy. The house is in great shape - newly renovated, clean, clean, clean. The only amenities you should bring on your own are cooking condiments. They have a few but bring your own oil, butter, seasonings, ketchup etc. Otherwise kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. The area is great - walking trail w great views just a block away and near shops. Check-out is pretty standard - start dishwasher, washer w towels and take out the trash/recycling. Highly recommend.

Perfect for girls weekend
We had sisters, nieces and granddaughter on our annual trip. It was a great space and location to spend a long weekend. Easy walking distance to nature, food, activities, shopping. Room for all.

Great House for Big Group
We booked this house for the groom and groomsmen to stay for the wedding weekend. The amount of space, beds, and bathrooms was perfect for a large group of adult males. Plus the location is amazing! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Nice place with no hot water
This was a very nice VRBO. The location was amazing, but we had 7 people and not one of us were able to take a hot shower all 4 days, 3 nights we were there. There was also flooding in the downstairs shower and I had to unclog the hair in the drain. The response from the property was slow.

Great location and comfortable stay
We are a family of 10 and we had a very comfortable stay at this property. The home is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was a short stroll to lovers point and a quick drive to the pier and cannery row. We will be back!

60th Family Celebration
We had an amazing time in Pacific Grove golfing at Spyglass and Spanish Bay for my husband’s 60th birthday! The house had EVERYTHING! Even supplies to make a birthday cake! My family and I would recommend staying here as it’s only a block from the ocean and a nice walk into town . Very close to Pebble Beach as well. Thank you for helping to make our trip a relaxing and memorable one.

Great Weekend
Dinner Club (8 women) had a fantastic weekend stay. The home has a beautiful kitchen, plenty of living space, and wonderful windows. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed walking to town, the ocean, and dinner. Thank you!

Worked for us
Although the reservation was supposed to be for 10 adults and children, it ended up being for four adults and two children. The house is very very nice. The location worked perfectly for our family activities. The only downside is that it is on the corner of Central Avenue and there is lots of street noise. Using a sound machine and night really helped and no issues.

Friends reunion and birthday celebration.
There were 7 of us staying at the house. The house was very clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. The house was well equipped, we needed nothing but the food we brought in! I recommend the Beach Club for large family or friend reunions!

Great house in a great location
We had adult family member, 3 couples and a single for 7 people total. The house had plenty of space and was an easy 1 block from the beachfront trail. We could walk into town and walk and ride bikes easily without having to get in the car. The house was clean and well supplied. Everything was in good woking order. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property offers an immaculately clean, bright & fresh welcome!! We loved the tastefully decorated old world charm of the home together with the efficiency of kitchen, bathroom & window covering upgrades! Excellent location. We had everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. Lovely home.
Co-workers and I were in town for an event at Pacific Grove and at Laguna Seca. This was the perfect spot for us all. I would definitely stay here again.

Pacific Grove property has everything!!!
Location, location, location! Walk to town, walk to ocean, walk to aquarium a little further but so doable! Property pristine clean, well stocked kitchen for 8 people, comfortable beds with wonderful pillows and linens, bathrooms with fluffy white towels. We were in heaven!! Several TV’s so kids were happy, too. An extraordinary property!

Excellent stay for multiple generations
This home was ideal for a large family group, with spaces for togetherness and spaces to get a bit of space to yourself. The living room and kitchen table provided gathering space (with the two folding chairs provided, the table sat ten). The downstairs floor had a queen bedroom and a two-twin bedroom, providing my 85-year-old father-in-law a bathroom with an accessible shower bench and also his sleeping quarters all on the first floor (provided he could navigate the few porch steps into the home). An additional half bath was available in the living room area. Three bedrooms on the upper floor slept two each, and the bathroom had both a separate shower stall and a shower over tub, which would have made bathing children quick and efficient if we had had any with us. The upstairs also had a small nook with bar seating for three, futon seating, and various poofs to sit on. This area would make a great play space for children. The home was immaculate with simple updated styling, blankets and fluffy towels were plentiful, and communication with the rental company was excellent. Only five houses away from the road that runs along the ocean, steps to Lover’s Point, a short walk to downtown Pacific Grove, and a brisk fifteen minute walk to Cannery Row make this an amazing location. Recommend.
