“This condo was amazing! We enjoyed the ocean views and sounds. The sunsets were amazing. So were the walks on the beach, literally right out the door. The birds (pelicans) were so fun to watch. The condo itself was beautifully furnished and very well stocked with all quality items. It was a very peaceful, relaxing stay. We hope to return again soon. ”

“Six night stay in Sept 2024. Everything was wonderful. The bed was so comfy that we checked the make/model and may replace our current one! Condo had many instructions placed around so that there were no questions to be had. The location was directly on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our first trip to CA. “We absolutely loved the location of this unit. Spectacular views of the ocean right across the street; nice park like setting with great walking paths. Close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (owner offers 2 free passes)... we took a whale watching trip from the harbor... within 2 miles of the condo. Had a wonderful time with nice cool weather which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place. ”

“We loved this property! It’s conveniently located between Monterrey and Santa Cruz. We loved the quiet beach location. We enjoyed the sunsets and relaxing to the sound of the crashing waves. The master bedroom and living room both have great views of the ocean. It’s a short walk down to the water and we enjoyed the sparsely populated beach. Restaurants and shopping are a short 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.”
