Great time and a great stay
My family and I loved Seabrooke and the rental so much I am considering buying a place in Seabrooke. The community is so sweet and fun and the location and general condition of the rental was great. Can’t wait to come back.

Great time
We had a great time visiting Seabrook. The property location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere easily even with our 2 kids 5 and 7 years old. Will come back again.

Cottage by the Sea
Seabrook is a great family getaway. We enjoy the proximity of “Whispering Sand” to the beach and the shops. This was a repeat trip for us. The overall cleanliness of the space has gone downhill, unnecessarily so.

Whispering Sands winter stay
Lovely "urban" Seabrook cottage right in the middle of everything. Well appointed and relaxing. Close to beach access, bike rentals, bakery, and the restaurant. There was only one restaurant open in winter, so we were glad to be close to the market to buy provisions and cook in one evening. Would love to stay in summer!

We liked the house and it was in a great location for the event. The only view of the ocean is from the bathroom window upstairs. The downstairs mattress slopes to the middle which doesn’t make for a comfortable sleep

Perfect for two couples
I needed a place to house myself, my husband, and my parents. Whispering Sands is the only house I could find in Seabrook that had two couple-sized beds (as opposed to bunk beds or multiple twin beds). The house is on the smaller side but perfect for us. Located right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants, it was easy for my handicapped mother to get around. The wine bar is a great hang out spot and if you go to the pizza place get the Salumi!

Generally very good but the king mattress was terrible making back pain part of the experience.
The layout is good for two couples or family with one or two kids. Upstairs shower could use a shower caddy; there is currently no place to put soap or shampoo. Close to everything but still quiet.
