this was a monstrous house, some of the trim and stuff like that wasn't finished. but that's okay. The main issues are extremely low water pressure! and if you were running anything you would get a dribble out of other faucets. no shovels or Beach stuff, no large skillets would have been nice if backyard was fenced in for the dogs. very difficult or impossible to contact anybody if something were to have broken. The coffee pot did break when lifting it out of the coffee maker. no big deal. trash cans were full when we arrived and there was nothing about when they are picked up or to haul them to the street. we did take the garbage can to the street but it was never picked up so we left the trash neatly bag in the entryway. overall this was a great house
