Impresionante casa de Hollywood Beach. Construido en 2007 e incluye vistas a la playa y al océano. Al entrar, inmediatamente notas lo brillante y fresca que se siente esta casa. En el primer nivel, encontrará dos dormitorios, un baño completo, la sala de lavandería y el garaje. Un dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales y el otro cuenta con un dormitorio completo. El garaje cuenta con todas las golosinas de la playa que podrías desear y que puedes usar. El segundo nivel cuenta con sala de estar, cocina, comedor, un tercer dormitorio (cama King) y baño completo. La sala de estar cuenta con un cómodo sofá, chimenea y TV de pantalla plana. La cocina cuenta con gabinetes de madera, encimeras de granito, asientos en la barra de desayuno y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El tercer nivel cuenta con otra sala de estar con un sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana y hermosas vistas al océano. Este dormitorio principal también se encuentra en este nivel y cuenta con una cama queen, chimenea privada, TV de pantalla plana, bar y baño privado. El baño principal cuenta con una amplia ducha y bañera. ¡No te olvides de visitar la terraza de la azotea! ¡Querrá pasar la mayor parte de sus vacaciones aquí con sus impresionantes vistas al mar, muchos asientos para toda la familia y una barbacoa! ¡Debes verlo! Awesome Property
The house is beautiful. All amenities we needed were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet and well maintained. Nice quiet, walking beach steps from the house. Close to Channel Islands. We also found an amazing coffee shop nearby!

Beach holiday dream!!
We stayed at this property with 2 families visiting from Australia (9 people). We had the most amazing time celebrating Christmas here. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen appliance, serving, cooking equipment that we could wish for. We walked to the beach which was directly across the road and enjoyed playing volleyball. The garage was stocked with beach holiday equipment, that meant everyone was entertained. The roof top area was magnificent for afternoon drinks. Thank you for a trip that we will remember forever.

Great location and roomy house but…
The house is very roomy. Beautiful home. Loved the roof top deck. Watched several sunsets from the roof. Property manager from Re Max was very responsive. Beach is a little far from the home. My brother and his wife used one of the kayaks. Cannot roll it on the beach well so they took it down the street to near the harbor. After several minutes in it, the kayak started filling with water. They had to swim to the harbor but still was able to save the kayak and dump out the water. Hopefully the owners will fix the kayaks but would caution when using the kayaks. Chairs at dining kitchen are very noisy when moving around the floor. They should have rubber feet on chairs to prevent the very loud scratching sound against the travertine. Master bedroom should have a king instead of queen bed. Actually the bed even does not appear to be a queen more like a full size. Dishwasher doesn’t work. We tried several cleaning and dishes don’t get cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the stay for our parents 50th anniversary.

Quiet Getaway
We had a great time at this property! The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to bike or walk to coffee/restaurants. It was a really great spot! East beach access and the house was comfortable and super clean!

Great location and house!
Our stay was for a family vacation. The house had lots of room for us and was close to the beach. The best beach was Silver Screen, which is a 5 minute drive. The kitchen was easy to cook in, bedrooms laid out to accommodate kids and adults. Nice views. Downsides--the dishwasher didn't work and the repair person didn't work on that brand, so we were left to clean our own dishes (for 7 people). A bathroom sink was clogged--the repair person did fix that immediately. We had to hunt around for the extra sheets and towels.

Family time at beach
Rented this home to celebrate our mother’s birthday. It’s a great home to share with family. There is a lot of space and the home is well-appointed. The beach is literally across the street and within close proximity to shops and restaurants. It’s definitely a great place to rent.

A good time with the family
The house is great, lots of space for the family. The location is great, extremely close to the beach and restaurants / attractions / things to do. The only complaint is the amount of sand that needs to be walked over to actually get to the water’s edge. It is a LONG way over hot loose sand.

Great location and space for 8
We enjoyed our stay and it’s proximity to the sand, ocean and harbor. The roof deck was awesome for hanging out eating and bbq. With a gorgeous view. The main areas were spacious as well. Our only complaint is that the supplies of basic household items such as dishwasher soap. Salt and detergent were lacking. Some of the furniture was shabby, but the beds were xcomfortable. Overall it served out multigenerational family trip very well.

GREAT VIEWS..... Beautiful House.
Great views... the house is beautiful. Our overall stay was amazing. The views were incredible and everything that was needed was closed by. Check-in was difficult the direction said to drive to the main office but the office was closed. I had to call the emergency line and they connected me to an agent. There were a lot of stairs, it is a tri-level house and my elderly mother came to visit but had to stay on the first floor because she could not climb the stairs. Well worth the cost .... enjoy

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is pretty complete. Some of the lights do not work such as the ones on the terrace on top. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway even though it was a short drive from our home and due to the pandemic, all restaurants and shops were closed!

Family and friends vacation.
Views views views!amazing view from the upper deck.Home was very nice great kitchen.had some issues with wifi and small fridge in master bedroom(wet bar) which made it a workout to have to go down to second floor for a cocktail or beverage. Fridge was not repaired after repair man came, one kayak almost sank since it had a crack in it.There was a slight heat wave the week we stayed so the house was alil hot with no a.c. but management brought a fan fairly quickly and ocean breeze helped cool down the house .other than that had a wonderful time with family and friends and i would recommend staying here.

Great stay
The house is in a great location with the walkway to the beach right in front. The available equipment, (bikes, boards, chairs, etc.) in the garage is very appreciated. Only comment, is that if you have little ones, the house across the beach lets their dog hang out off-leash each day, and would bark and growl at 3 year old niece when we walked to the beach, which was a bit stressful.

Fabulous 50th Getaway
Spent a long weekend celebrating our 50th birthday milestone. The house was amazing and plenty of room. We enjoyed the top deck and the views. The hie to the ocean thru the dues was a bit much but the neighborhood was great. We loved eating the açaí bowls down the street. Didn’t get a chance to use the toys but tons to enjoy.
