“Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

“The apartment is modern, clean and well fitted out. Handy access to the city with regular bus service and local convenience shops. Good communication with the owners regarding access we would definitely like to return.”

It also was a great location; there are many restaurants, stores, etc. close by and easy access to transportation for our many sojourns into Oxford. We had a very warm and accommodating welcome from the host who explained everything really well - we loved our time here. ”

“Perfect location, close to the centre and the studio had everything my daughter and I needed for our stay. Parking was safe for 15 per day. Georgina the housekeeper could not have been more helpful or kind, even looking out for the arrival of some birthday cards after we'd left. Thank you so much!Being earplugs because the geese were noisy for a few nights ”
