“We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!”

“The Breeze room that I stayed is on the ground floor. The door lock had some issues in the first day that it couldn’t be opened or closed properly. Then later in the first day it couldn’t open at all. “Luckily”, the room is beside the kitchen which has a separate door going to the backyard. Our room has a patio door that can go straight to the backyard. So we tried to get to the room through the patio door and it worked. We tried to open the room door from inside but still couldn’t work. So...

“My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Having two bedrooms and a big living/dining room was a plus. The location could not be beat; we were able to walk everywhere after parking our car at the nearby garage allocated to this apartment. It’s a lively street that it was on, with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area to keep us entertained and fed. Great stay overall!”

“We stayed in the Lavendula suite in the basement area. It was small, but very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water and the kitchen was great for cups of tea and toasted snacks. Would not try to cook anything complex there though another person might be a better cook than myself. I also appreciated the eco-consciousness of the proprietors . Oh! The garden is idyllic!! Wonderful place to take a cup of tea and a scone and watch...

“We originally booked a one bedroom flat from the owners, but had to switch to a studio due to some emergency renovations being done. However, the studio turned out to be just fine and the owner adjusted the cost accordingly. The kitchenette came in handy and the location was great for walking into town. ”

“Excellent unit with new kitchen and bathroom. Location is central - close to railway station and 10 mins walk to all of the sightseeing in the old town. The unit had everything we needed. Mariano provided clearly directions for check in and was always responsive. I would recommend this unit if you are travelling to Oxford and need a good quality accommodation. ”

“This is a very special location overlooking the Thames River & Folly Bridge. If you should wake up very early morning all the geese gather below the balcony. This art-filled flat is so comfortable and charming. We loved being near to all the wonders of Oxford. We had a lovely time here. We used the trains & buses to visit the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Stratford-upon-Avon & a play in London. We were sorry to leave. We loved this stay! ”

“Lovely flat with off-street parking, nice quiet location. Very comfortable, nicely rennovated. Some dissappointments: had to buy laundry soap for clothes washer (no dishwasher soap either, though we did not use), nifty Longhi coffee maker had no extra pods and used one was in the machine as well as water (kettle also had water in it, very unhygienic), used box of covid tests sitting on top of cabinets as well as someone's personal visor, rug under dining table torn (trip and fall hazard) as well...
