Lobster fest weekend

Location was great Views were awesome !!House was ok lil old needs some work .. my issue was the shower was broken and they knew before we checked in on wed I was so annoyed drove 7 hours went to hot lobster fest I just wanted a shower..but they didn’t take care of this issue till Friday afternoon. I called Wed evening and again Thursday. we stayed at the house all day Thursday to wait but no one came or called. They can’t expect two 65 year olds to try and take a bath or just wash my hair in sink. Poor maintenance in my eyes. Someone should have let me know so I could have cancelled or made other arrangements. Not good customer service I paid a lot of money for 4 nights I think I need to be compensated for this issue we will see what they do.

Seaside Escape

Beautiful seaside property with gorgeous sunrises! We loved waking up to the shimmering ocean views each morning! Great for a couples Maine getaway!

Lovely midcoast rental

This rental was clean and the perfect size. The view out back is breathtaking. This rental showcases all of the natural beauty that Maine is famous for. The air conditioning was cold and the water in the shower was hot. All linens were crisp and white. The driveway was a challenge to navigate, however it is manageable. We hope to stay here again.

Master bedroom dangerous

The view was nice but the house definitely has some issues-especially the upstairs bedroom. The stairs are dangerous and I fell down them twice in the evening.

Quaint

Very clean and a attractive cottage. I enjoyed the location and view of bay. Great location to small shops and bigger convenient stores. Process of checking in and out was easy and instructions were easy to follow.

Great cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Lupine Cottage. It was very comfortable, great location and had a great stocked kitchen. The only "complaint" was that there was no deck furniture or grill. We would have loved to sit out and enjoy the beautiful view, but there was no furniture to do so. Also, the grill that was advertised was not there. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend it. We will keep it in mind for future trips to the area.

Maine with Ocean View

Modernized cottage, very comfortable. Loved the view and sitting on the deck. The deck needs to be repainted though, lots of peeling paint chips and not good to walk on barefoot. Master bedroom great, smaller bedroom would benefit from a full size bed rather than a twin. Great rental, and pups allowed!

Lupine Cottage/2022

The cottage was very clean and attractively furnished. Everything worked! The deck cushions were located in a chest in the front room but that should be stated in the book in the cottage. The address of 62 Ingraham Dr. was also Route 73, a very, very busy road. You could not back out of the driveway. You had to turn around before leaving the driveway. The person in charge of the rental agency in Rockland was especially helpful. Her name was Jennifer. The maintenance person whose name was Wolfgang was very prompt when we called Jennifer to report a broken step on the deck. {Someone should have checked the property before guests arrived.} He replaced the entire step. The front of the house was never shown on any on-line review. I really liked the cottage but not the location! Jennifer from Vacassa should be commended! She was great!

Nice place, good nightly rate, high fees make this place not worth it.

Good location, clean (except for the grill which was filthy) and recently updated but the microwave broke and while we reported it, never heard back from the management company. Altogether with the high fees not a good value.

Cute Seaside Cottage

We’ve been vacationing in Maine for more than thirty years so we knew ahead of time the cottage was located on the main thoroughfare between Owls Head and Rockland. The cottage is nicely renovated and the neighbors were quiet. It’s a great location for exploring the Mid Coast if you don’t mind some road noise. Taller travelers need to be aware the half bath off the kitchen appears to be a renovated pantry so we had to sit sideways on the toilet. We were surprised that we had to make up the bed upon arrival. Overall the property was clean and comfortable.

Great area lots to do and explore. Loved Owls Head light house and McLoons Lobster shack.

Perfect clean property for a couple or family with small children. View off back deck is wonderful! Views also greet you when return back to this lovely cottage. Busy type road out front but house sits back and the deck out back is perfect with views of ocean and sail boats off in distance. Loved it here! Thank you!
