“Our stay was amazing, although the road noise in the two front rooms where annoying I guess it's only until the road is opened again on state highway 1. The venue was lovely and we all enjoyed the 1920s theme, we even dressed in period clothing for dinner on the sat night. The house was well set up with everything we needed, and close to visiting the mountain. I would recommend this venue, especially for large groups.”

“Nos alojamos una noche, para conocer el Tongariro National Park. La mañana antes de nuestra llegada recibimos un e-mail con todas las indicaciones para ingresar al hotel y hacer el check in, y al llegar encontramos todo perfecto como nos había sido indicado. “This is a nice, comfortable place to stay. Very close to Whakapapa Ski Field, there are restaurants and a gas station close by. Our family also did a day trip to Ohakune and Waiouru, which is a short drive from this place.The house has a fully equipped kitchen, and bedsheets and blankets are provided (although the booking confirmation mentioned we need to bring our own). Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!”

“We loved the house; spaciousness and location were good, except there was no snow :( Communication with the owner was quick and easy. However, instructions for cleaning/leaving were not given so there was some confusion about what we needed to do. We had noticed that there were some areas that had not been cleaned for a while, then met the person who came to change the beds and apparently that is all she does? So - clearer instructions please, we would have cleaned if we'd known we had to.”
