Esta nueva suite penthouse de 1000 pies cuadrados + se encuentra en el tercer piso del edificio Ouray Alchemist de nueva construcción en el corazón de la ciudad. Los tonos plisados bidireccionales ofrecen la excelente combinación de impresionantes vistas de las montañas circundantes de 360 grados con la cantidad justa de privacidad deseada. Es el refugio romántico perfecto para disfrutar de las numerosas actividades en la aventurera zona de Ouray.

Everything was very clean, high-end and spacious enough for a couple to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Being right on Main Street was super convenient and having garage parking was a bonus. Highly recommend this jewel to make anyone’s stay in Ouray even better.

One of our best stays EVER!
This rental has was everything we hoped for and more! Nancy was a gracious host greeting us with a tour and tips on how to best use and care for the space. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store, coffee shops, a hot spring pool and the perimeter hiking trail. Our absolute favorite features were the two porch areas. One provided a fantastic view down Main Street and the other gave us a private area to relax, eat and watch the stars. We will absolutely return!

Very clean great views
The place was very clean and neat. Maybe the cleanest rental we’ve stayed at. Nancy met us outside and helped us to get parked in the garage. Then gave us a tour and left us alone after that. Could sit out back and take in the mountain views or out front and people watch and more mountain views. Was well stocked and quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This is our 2nd time at this property. It is wonderful and Curt and Nancy are gracious hosts. The view of the San Juan mountains out the windows of the apartment are breathtaking and Nancy’s attention to the little details to make our stay wonderful. Love the Place!

This is a beautiful property, with great views from every window. The home is stocked with everything you might need, and Nancy is a fabulous host. Loved being able to park in the secure garage. It was great to be right on main street, with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. We didn’t have a chance to tour the Alchemist Museum downstairs but hope to do that the next time we are in town. Overall, the penthouse was amazing and we would definitely recommend it!

We loved the tiny balcony up off of Main Street! We weren't thrilled with the air conditioning system, sitting in chair was directly blowing on you and we froze. But, it had to be on high

Thought we had air conditioning, but it had a swamp cooler. Maybe the water was set too low since it did not cool much. The owner thought no pillows had feathers but once I had a reaction, we found I was using such a pillow. Otherwise very nice.

This property is great. Right in the middle of town. Walkable to the trails and Box Canyon. Nancy was a wonderful hostess. It was clean and private. If you love great mountain views, this is the property for you!! Top notch experience. The apartment also had a swamp cooler. It was not hot in there. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Property in a Beautiful Location
We spent a week here in July and it was a great base of operations for all of our Ouray adventures. The property is centrally located making it easy to get to anywhere you'd want to go. It's also clean, comfortable and well stocked for those times you want to stay in. Whether it's sitting on the balcony out front to people watch or on the deck in back to watch Cascade Falls this property really shines. Our host, Nancy, was also wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fabulous!
Our stay at the penthouse was amazing. Nancy gives a detailed tour with tons of helpful information. They give attention to every detail and have every amenity at your fingertips. The views are gorgeous whether at the front of the condo or at the back on the deck. We loved our stay and look forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful
We booked this penthouse because of the views and we sure weren’t disappointed! Beautiful views from every window! Loved being able to park in the garage. The home is stocked with everything you might need. Appreciated having a washer and dryer to use. Our only complaint was the lack of outdoor furniture. There were a couple outdoor dining chairs, but that’s it. The back deck is huge and could benefit from some rocking chairs or even a hammock to just relax on and take in all the beauty that is on all sides of this property. We did buy some steaks at the local meat market and used the grill on the back deck, which was a nice amenity. Overall, the penthouse was amazing and we would definitely recommend it!

Excellent experience for “first-timers” to Ouray, CO
The owners, Nancy and Curt, obviously go above and beyond to ensure their place has everything a couple would need during a stay. The downtown location is convenient for everything Ouray has to offer. We completed the Ouray Perimeter Trail, which is accessible from several different locations—all walking distance from the penthouse. The secure garage on the property is an added bonus. We are active “seniors,” 70 and 71.

This was our first time visiting Ouray. The penthouse suite did not disappoint! The views were amazing! We loved how close we were to restaurants and shopping after a long day of hiking and trail riding.

Penthouse Luxury
Loved it! Curt and Nancy have a beautiful place for a relaxing vacation. And the view! Quaint Ouray downtown and the San Juan Mountains. Check out the Alchemist Museum downstairs. Wonderful!

Unique Property, downtown central, beautiful views
Unique Property, central downtown, beautiful views. Located on Quray's main street on top floor of a three-story building. You can see the towns activity from the front of the property which slows down between 7 & 8 pm. Ice cream shop located across the street, yum. The bedroom is located in the back which is quiet with a stunning view of the mountains. Morning sunrise too. Front and back patio, with secured parking. Everything you need and a great host. Nice space.

Wonderful retreat
We only had 2 nights in Ouray, and with this location had easy access to the Hot Springs, shopping and trails! Nancy was very friendly and had eveything setup so nicely in the apartment, with little extras available if needed! Both nights we enjoyed dinner on the deck. The 2nd night we were even treated to entertainment from humming birds and a buck in a nearby yard. Loved the apartment!! Added a nice highlight to our Ouray experience!!
