The house was very accommodating for our entire group and enjoyed several dinners at the house and the kitchen fulfilled our needs. Very close to town to enjoy the local restaurants.

Fall foliage trip
Great trip, great house, easy to rent and we had no problems. I’d clarify how to identify dish soap and not let it be in a mystery box that’s on the kitchen shelf that looks like decor, and I’d have a portable fan for each room for when it’s unseasonably warm outside. Minor suggestions because overall it was a great home !

Beautiful Location
We had a wonderful time jeeping in Ouray. The house was as represented. We parked our trailers at the RV parking in town and had room for our 3 jeeps and 2 trucks in the driveway. The garage held 1 vehicle. The road to the house is very steep so be prepared for that. The house was well-equipped and worked for our 3 adult couples. VRC was very responsive to a couple of little things we needed to contact them about. The cleanliness of the house was ok, but some deeper cleaning is needed. There are cobwebs in corners, dust on kitchen light fixtures and lots of burned out lightbulbs, and kitchen cupboards and drawers could use a good cleaning. Other than that the house was great.

Great Ouray Stay
The house was everything that the listing said. Very clean and was great for our family vacation in Ouray. Driveway was large enough to fit our OHV trailer and rental car. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Ouray.

Originally from Ouray, family from 3 states gathered at this lovely property. Very private backyard and friendly neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Ouray. The house was well maintained, clean, and stocked with plenty of supplies.

Beautiful location close to Ouray
We had an awesome time at this great property. Really the only issue we had was the steep, incline and regress of the road in an out. This would not be an issue in the summer, but in spring and winter with snow on the ground it can be a bit hairy. I highly recommend this place at any time of the year. As long as you have a vehicle that can make it to the entrance easily. If you don’t go in the summer I’d like to thank the property managers for wonderful stay and an easy process.

Nice house with plenty of amenities
This property was very well maintained and nicely located, about a mile from "downtown" Ouray. Just far enough away to not be in the middle of the summertime tourist throng. We would happily stay there again.

Great place to stay
Wonderful place to stay. Clean, great layout and comfortable. Management property very responsive. They also fixed the dishwasher prior to us getting there (see 8/7 review of it being broken). Would highly recommend.

Would recommend!
My family and I decided to take a trip instead of Christmas gifts thus year. This house was perfect. We were able to bring our dogs, the rooms are reasonably sized and plenty of bathrooms. Common area is big and spacious and the appliances worked no problem. Only issues was getting the upstairs to heat up and we had to get the updated wifi network/password as the one given was the old one. The back gets really slipper by the steps in the winter so be careful! Other than that we loved our stay!

Enjoyable stay
This property was in a great location. However it needs attention to detail concerning cleanliness and maintenance. We did have a few issues come up during our stay but Monica the property manager was wonderful! She addressed our issues immediately and did everything in her power to fix and make them right. The garage door opener from the outside did not work. We had to use the opener from the inside. The bathroom in the hall lock did not work and the toilet paper holder was broken. Shortage of washcloths. Only one in that bathroom for two people and three days. Kitchen sink had no soap in dispenser. We did enjoy our stay overall and the place was spacious and nice area.

The House Up the Hill
Overall it is a nice enough house and we enjoyed our time there and was livable. The kitchen/dining/living room was very nice! Beds were fairly decent. We had all adults so the double bunk bed was a little tough for one couple, but we knew that going in. We were disappointed in the cleanliness; meat had been left on the grill and patio was a mess. It was supposed to be special covid cleaned, however there were finger prints on the fridge, windows were dirty (especially patio doors), light switches were grimy, a band-aid in the bath tub, food items were found under the couch and one of the beds, (an oreo), We had brought cleaning wipes along and went over things. I didn't mention all of this in my phone conversation with the property manager, (mainly the grill situation and we needed LP) but the other ladies had seen these things and had got on them right away. The property manager was great about sending over someone with LP and offered to have some one come clean the next day. We felt we had done what was needed and didn't feel it was necessary at that point. I am glad we had brought our own towels and wash cloths because there wasn't many for the number of people we had staying there (9). Parking was a bit of a challenge since we had 4 pickups, 3 with trailers. We also knew that was going to be a challenge. The people next door were gone so we were able to use the neighbor's driveway for one pickup and trailer. The rest we were able to fit with a little creative parking. The manager made it right with us by refunding the cleaning fees plus a little. She said it was issued 8/21, but I have not received the refund as of 9/8.

Overall great experience
Only downfall was no AC. We came from Texas and were looking forward to some cooler weather. It was very hot inside the house but it did cool down at night time. The house was very clean and spacious and accommodated 4 couples perfect. The back is a little smaller than pictures perceive but overall everything was perfect for what we needed!
