This was a very cool vacation home! The history of the building, the restoration of the building, and the area were fabulous! The only thing that would’ve made it better would be some sort of outdoor space.

My family just stayed a week in Ouray here. Booking was easy and well communicated. The residence was extremely clean and well kept. Kitchen was awesome with the essential supplies and utensils. Location in Ouray is perfect. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Ouray!
My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for several days while hiking and exploring the Ouray area. It is as lovely as the photos, and centrally located in town with walking access to everything. Would stay again, and highly recommend!

Love this luxury loft and it’s location! We’ve stayed here twice. Right in middle of town and can walk anywhere from it. It is very well stocked and communication was easy and quick. My only dislike is the master bedroom mattress. It is hard and rolls to the middle. Would suggest changing it soon.

Location & quality hard to beat in Ouray
We really liked this historic place and happen to know that others in this building are excellent as well (not sure if same owner or not). Worked well for us! Being upstairs, it's great that there's an elevator for moving in and out with coolers and luggage for a longer stay. However, if someone has a disability, they won't be able to access the elevator because there are several exterior steps to climb to get the the elevator's lowest level. The decor is cute and upscale. The lighting was nice and seating was comfy. The unit was pretty clean (a lot of dusting involved with all the cute nic nacs!) but we noticed the bathroom rugs looked like they could use a good washing. Well stocked on spices and essentials. Huge variety of dishes, cutlery, cookware, and "extra" utensils you don't usually see in a rental. Much appreciated. The kitchen was spotless and bathrooms were clean minus the rugs. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. We were missing linens for the pull out bed but the property manager had some to us the next day. The manager was very helpful and wanted to make the stay was great when we explained a couple issues (we had confusion over the key and there was no laundry soap). We did run out of kleenex day 1 and paper towels on day 3 and couldn't purchase paper towels at Duckett's because they were sold out (not too surprised on July 4th weekend). So maybe supply stock could be improved but not much else as the place was great, everything worked fine, and we'd stay again. Thanks for having us!!

Loft home is the perfect location to explore this historic mining town. Easy access to the ice park yet in the middle of town. Home is whimsically decorated with art and John Wayne history - took a few days to discover all the hidden treasures. Very comfortable, warm and sunny. Property manager provided immediate response to any questions. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent property, comfortable beds, very quiet. Would definitely recommend it. The only thing they need to fix is the key to the door and make the direction instructions not so verbose. The key to the door doesn’t work correctly so you have to jiggle and take the key in and out before it finally works, and it doesn’t work on the front door.

Comfort and Convenience
Book your stay here! This comfortable, spacious yet cozy loft is in a perfect location to thoroughly enjoy all that Ouray has to offer. Everything was so clean and there were plenty of fresh linens, plus so nice having laundry available. Did I mention comfort? Beds, and all furniture were wonderful. Plus management was quick and responsive with communication. With just a short walk to the hot springs pool, great shopping, and a 5 minute to Box Canyon we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again someday!

Amazing location, gorgeous views, stay here!
Location cannot be beat. Step out and you’re right in the heart of Main Street. One block from hot springs, minutes to hiking. Amazing Mountain views from living room, dining room and bedroom. Most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in - towels, games, soaps, shampoo, detergent, food. Comfortable beds, super cozy all around. Stay here!
