“What an awesome stay!! Beautiful view of the marina and lovely accommodations!! New kitchen, paint, carpets! Bathrooms were new as well! ”

“There were a couple of issues we wished had been different. The first thing we noted was there was no place to hang clothes except on shower rod less than ideal for a 5'1" woman the 6'+ gentlemen had no problem. The other issue was the tv. Wetio were there for 4 nights. No tv first night. After a bunch of problem solving no TV second night. The instruction on TV was incorrect.”

“The property was ok, fairly easy access to the beach. One bedroom had giant windows overlooking the main path of the property and did not have curtains. It was nice to be able to have our dog though and no huge fee for him to be with us. It was a perfect spot for our families long weekend”

“I rented this home to spend time with my daughter and teenage grandchildren. It had everything we needed plus games, and a easy walk to the beach and stores! We hand an enjoyable time and would rent it again! Quiet and easy!”

“Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

“This house was just what we wanted, the feeling of being home while on vacation. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Sitting in the hot tub while watching the waves can’t be beat. I would highly recommend to family or couples!”

“The place has great views from upper floor. No heat on bottom floor except space heaters and if you run both at the same time it blows a fuse. We happened to have very cold weather in March and it snowed the weekend we visited. We had a nice time and the house has some cute qualities but could use some updates.”

“The house is great, loved the ocean view! Loads of space for everyone! Would be handy to have a paper posted with details like, how to get into the garage for the bbq, which we didn’t find until right before we went home. Bring your own tp - the toilet paper is a very thin, rough 1 ply! All in all, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Didn’t realize this was a 3 story property. There was a gutter loose on the house and with the wind it kept us up all night long every night.”

“This property was a quaint and cozy place to retreat after hours of fun at the beach. It was great to have a kitchen with all the needed tools to be able to prepare a quick bite to eat before heading out for adventure and then to make a homemade dinner in the evening instead of having to dine out. A few kitchen items need replaced, but it was much more relaxing to be able to stay in. Hot tub was great for soaking in after the long drive there too!”

“It was nice and clean and comfortable feeling. My brother in law and sister in law really enjoyed it. They had not seen the Pacific Ocean. They are from Pennsylvania and for our age (retired) it was great.”

“Induction cook top with many pans that cannot be used on this surface. On check in, water on floor by fridge which reappeared thru out week. Garage door opener did not work without repeated mashing of button. Called maintenace, said he'd be out Monday...never showed. All bathrooms had towel racks for only bath towels...no hand towel bars or rings by sinks. No hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes. No nite lights in any of the bathrooms...some have no ambient light. Very nice house and beautifully...

“Dog friendly house with incredible views and lots of character. The state park is currently closed for construction but when it opens up again it will be walking distance to the beach. Easy drive to Newport.”

“The place was just what I was looking for: ocean view, Kitchen, Dog friendly. The biggest draw back was no internet connection. Ends up the modem is in a closet across the hall.”
