Espectacular vista panorámica al lago de 3 millas desde esta casa completamente actualizada, completamente amueblada, de 5 habitaciones, 3 baños completos y 2 medios baños con pisos de travertino, cocina nueva con encimeras de granito y obras, tres cubiertas para relajarse, chimenea a leña y dos calentadores de agua caliente . Asegúrese de visitar nuestras otras dos casas del lago cercanas: # 699133 y # 307958. Disfruta de una excelente vista al lago desde cada habitación. Cuatro habitaciones tienen una puerta corrediza de vidrio a una terraza con vista al lago. Esta casa está en excelente forma y lista para su memoria haciendo que el lago sea divertido. También está disponible para alquilar nuestro bote pontón Triton 2007 de 25 pies con 3 troncos para mejorar la estabilidad y un motor de 175 hp. Asfalto hasta la casa. Tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes, gas, aparejos y tiendas de conveniencia, todo a solo 2 a 5 minutos. Ubicado en los 2MM del Big Niangua, donde el agua de manantial es clara y fresca. Beautiful
I can't say enough about the property or the hosts, they were super easy to deal with and it may have the best views at the lake. We will definitely be going back and hopefully get to enjoy the great fishing there. I have stayed in many VRBO properties but this one was hands down the best all around experience.

The house was lovely. Plenty of room. Great view from every room. The only thing was the towel rack in the master bath was broken and the floors weren't very clean. We tried to find a broom to sweep but there was no access to a broom. Also, there was not enough towels & wash cloths available. But over all the experience was great.

Spacious with a view
We had a wonderful kid free vacation in this spacious house. The views from each balcony are beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need including some spices. There were games and puzzles to enjoy inside and floaties to use on the water. The weekend water traffic was busy so the water was choppy off the dock, but it calmed down during the week. Overall a great stay!

House was great it was perfect for 5 couples great views off the deck. Was a little disappointed in check in we got there at 2 30 check in was 3 and property manager made us wait in driveway until 3 to give us code we thought that was kinda silly but we made best of it

Annual Trip
Overall we had a good experience. The house had most of what we needed. The main house was clean and as expected like in the listing. Communication was up to date and the property owner and manager were easy to work with and had prompt responses. We had a few hiccups with the bonus bedroom attached to the garage but that was reminded quickly. OVERALL, great place, easy stay. Good location. Be aware this property has a lot of steps and is in a fairly busy portion of the lake so you will have waves at the dock.

Week at Lake of the Ozarks
This house was perfect for our stay! Plenty of beds, privacy and bathrooms for our 2 families with a total of 10 people. The view from the 3 different balconies was incredible. The top floor windows make sure that no matter what you are doing you can enjoy the view of the water and the boats going by. We loved sitting on the dock swimming and fishing during the day and nights. The owner and property manager were both very responsive, nice and accommodating. We rented the boat and the Lily Pad as well and had an amazing time with these as well. This property had everything we could need!

Fun boating weekend
For me the steps were alittle to much going from dock to top floor, younger guys were fine. Nice layout for sleeping, great view, layout for kitchen livingroom was nice and roomy fit everyone in that area with the deck right outside. Overall we had a great time.

Had a great time
We had a great time staying here. On a busy weekend the water does get busy and choppy which makes swimming off the dock a little wavy. Remember you are in the “country” so you will encounter many different insects. We did find a small scorpion in one of the rooms on the bed so just check things over. I don’t blame the host as like I said you are in the country. Overall we had a great experience on our vacation.
