El apartamento OLEANDRO en Villa Pineta tiene una entrada independiente y está inmerso en el verde de los pinos y los aromas del matorral mediterráneo. En contacto directo con la naturaleza, puede beneficiarse de la maravillosa brisa marina y el exuberante bosque de pinos formado por el matorral mediterráneo y numerosas palmeras enanas.
La playa a pocos metros de la villa está formada por arena blanca y rocas finas. El apartamento OLEANDRO (para 4 personas) se encuentra al costado de la villa, con acceso independiente y consta de: 1 habitación doble, 1 habitación con 2 camas individuales, un baño y una cocina, todas las habitaciones dan a una gran porche. En el jardín para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes hay una ducha al aire libre y barbacoa.
CALA LIBEROTTO (FRACCIÓN DEL MUNICIPIO DE OROSEI) es un balneario bien comunicado por servicios comerciales y turísticos, instalaciones deportivas y piscinas, restaurantes y hoteles. Se encuentra en la costa este de Cerdeña, a 75 km de Olbia.
Llega tomando la carretera estatal 131 desde Olbia hasta el cruce de Siniscola, desde aquí tome la carretera provincial 125 para llegar a CALA LIBEROTTO SOS ALINOS a través de LUNGOMARE 62.
En CALA LIBEROTTO hay numerosos lugares de interés naturalista como BIDDEROSA (matorral mediterráneo y estanque), CALA GINEPRO (matorral mediterráneo, bosque de pinos y playas), SA CURCURICA (matorral mediterráneo y playas). SA MATTANOSA (matorral mediterráneo, bosque de pinos y playas)

El apartamento está cuidadosamente amueblado y equipado con muchas comodidades:

Wonderful Apartment in Cala Liberotto
Our plane was delayed many Hours because of weather so we didn’t arrive until quite late but we were greeted kindly and everything worked out great. We loved our stay here, very efficient has everything that one would need. Plus have the beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto right behind the house was amazing. Communication and information was promptly provided and available.Would definitely recommend, and we hope to be back again soon!

Lovely appartement directly at the beach
Very clean and well equipped appartement ( thanks god for the AC - we had 40° in the shade almost every day, well invested 100.- extra cost), thanks to Giuseppe an Andriana for immediately taking care of a small problem with the dishwasher - a part of the garden would have made it even more perfect, but we knew in advance that it belonged to the bigger appartement in the front.... Anyway the beach is only a few steps away, so it didn't really matter ;-) Adriana an Giuseppe gave us the possibility for a late checkout, which made it a lot easier to spend the day before we took the ferry back! All in all we had a lovely vacation! We'll be back soon!

Rundum zufrieden
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Es gab sogar Sonnenschirme und Spielzeug für den Strand. Es ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Adriana war schon vor unserer Ankunft eine große Hilfe bei der Klärung von Fragen wegen einer Allergie unseres Sohnes. Bei der Anreise hat uns Guiseppe alles wunderbar erklärt und war uns ein freundlicher und entgegenkommender Ansprechpartner. Auch bei der Abreise ist man uns sofort entgegengekommen. Da unser Rückflug erst am Abend war, durften wir bis zum Mittag in der Wohnung bleiben. Alles in allem also ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Appartement tiptop 👍 Lage für uns persönlich optimal (da wir sehr viel mit dem auto auf der insel unterwegs waren und ziemlich zentral waren)👍 Hausstrand war ebenfalls wunderschön 👍 Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 1km entfert Hausausstattung top 👍 Empfang auch sehr nett und unkompliziert (italienische sprache vom vorteil 😊) Auf jeden fall weiter zu empfehlen 👍👍

sehr schön gelegenes Appartement
Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, bei tollem Strand und kristallklarem Wasser. Die Bucht vor dem Haus ist ideal, nicht zu voll und nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Appartement ist sauber, ausreichend groß und der Balkon (zwar ohne Meerblick, aber trotz Straßennähe ruhig) prima zum morgens frühstücken. Im Außenbereich kann man sehr gut abends grillen. Check in war unkompliziert, am Tag der Abreise wären wir gern noch länger geblieben wegen der Fähre (war aber auch kein Problem, da wir den Außenbereich noch nutzen durften). Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub! Der Kontakt mit Adriana war unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Nice stay, great location, some details not perfect
Nice apartment in the upper floor on the "back side" of the house (facing the garden and the street, which is very quiet). No sea view at all from the apartment, but the beach is only 50 m from the door of the apartment. The back part of the garden is inaccessible from this apartment and the garden towards the beach more or less belongs to the other, bigger apartment which covers both floors on the front side of the house. But the Oleandro apartment has its own door in the fence on the side of the property (from where you get to the beach) and a private area with a stone bench/table and a barbecue fireplace. The beach is small but quiet, mostly frequented by people from the surrounding houses. The sand is very coarse. Beach and water were very clean when we were there (e.g. no seaweed like on other nearby beaches). A larger beach with infrastructure (bar, volleyball, sunbeds) and finer sand is 250 m south. Restaurants+bars are 300-400 m to the south, the pizzeria of Sa Prama camping 500 m north. Two good supermarkets are 1,5 km landward on the main road. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, with similar holiday houses all around and a larger unfinished building across the street. The car has to be parked outside the property (except for loading/unloading), but there is parking space in front of the gate. We chose the location because it is far from the ponds/"stagnos" which serve as breeding space for mosquitos. But unfortunately there is a wet area with creek right next to the house, so there was a fair share of biting insects in the evening. All windows have insect screens, though, so they can be kept open. Sitting outside with no repellent around sunset would not be fun though, and the way to the beach along the creek had mosquitos most of the time. The oven is the size of a microwave. Should be enough for a pizza, but check first before preparing bigger things. Maybe you will not find all kitchen equipment you expect from home; we bought a wire whisk and luckily had our own lighter, as the one provided was empty. Parasol+ beach toys are provided. There are occasional temporary water pressure issues, up to no water at all, apparently when people in the other apartment are using the water as well and e.g. taking a shower. Gets better after few minutes. Nice and very responsive contact to the owner! We were allowed to check in early and check out late because there were no adjacent bookings. Very uncomplicated check-in and check-out.

Nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances à Cala liberotto,la location située dans une grande maison,est propre,à proximité de la plage dans les pins. Les environs sont magnifiques. Nous recommandons sincèrement !

Traumhafte Lage
Wunderbare Lage, direkt am traumhaften Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Familiärer Strand, nicht zu stark touristisch. Sandstrand und Felsen, ideal zum Schnorcheln. Ideal der Schatten durch die Bäume am Strand. Wohnung sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, Klimaanlage sehr wichtig im Hochsommer. Einziger Nachteil war ein Bewohner, der den ganzen Tag die Wohnung beobachtet hat.

Die Wohnung von Adriana war ganz toll. sehr sauber,es war alles da was wir brauchten. die Übergabe der Schlüssel verlief unkompliziert. es war uns eine grooooooße Hilfe,dass wir am Abreisetag ausnahmsweise bis am Nachmittag bleiben durften wg der späten Fähre. das war mit den Kindern eine Riesen Erleichterung!!! vielen dank nochmal!!!

Gute Wohnung im 1. EG
Wir waren die letzte Septemberwoche da. Der Strand liegt wirklich ganz nah und ist wunderschön. Wenige Touristen, vor allem aus der Schweiz. Im Haus gibt es noch 2 andere Wohnungen. Garten kann gemeinsam genützt werden. Die Terrasse hat Abendsonne und geht gegen die kaum befahrene Strasse hin. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. In der Nebensaison ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.
