“We were in town for Husson University’s friends and family weekend. This was a perfect place to be! We easily drove to Husson yet had the peaceful view of the lake to relax with during down times. “The property was easy to find. Close to shopping but also quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very cozy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. “In Maine visiting UMaine Orono. Property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. House had plenty of room, 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Close to campus, restaurants, and the view of the lake was lovely. Some aesthetic aspects of the home appeared unfinished/in progress, but this did not negatively affect our stay. Thank you!!”

“Everything about this property is above and beyond expectations. Location is just 5 mins from the Bangor Rd. There are 2 houses to rent if you like. We rented the larger house with all of the comforts of home. Very spacious outside space & parking, three bedrooms with plenty of bedding, lots of comfortable seating, incredibly equipped kitchen, great deck and water front, kayaks ++, loons too. “The Black Bear Inn is a really nice budget hotel if you're going to Orono, Maine. The hotel staff was super nice and informative during both check in and when we had questions about an early check out. The only thing you should keep in mind is during the day the highway is super loud because of it's right off the exit, but don't worry because at night it is super quiet.”
