It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. “Good stay. Bed was very comfy. The AC goes on sleep mode at night so we got up at least once or twice to make it start as it got warm. We were not able to use the pool as the hours in the weldome binder was wrong, it says pool open at 10am but in reality its noon. By that time we were already out for activities, and it closes at 8pm which is very early. *not the owner's fault* we did not have access to our parking. A car was parked there all 3 days. We found a spot in the visitor's parking...

“What a lovely resort at the top of Horseshoe Valley mountain! Carriage Ridge Resort is quiet, safe, the rooms are clean and plentiful for a couple nights stay. If you're a skier/snowboarder, the bonus is being able to walk onto the mountain and ski into the resort instead of driving to horseshoe. Foodland is 10 minutes away if you need food as well. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for another ski/golf getaway!”

“The Jacuzzi suite was beautiful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the lock and the physical key wasn't available so we were unable to stay in this suite. Candace was amazing and was able to find us another suite for our stay. That suite was ok but not as nice as this one. That being said we enjoyed our stay and will return.”
