“Overall, this was a great place to stay! It was clean, all all supplies needed where available, including beach chairs, kitchen items, etc and the fenced yard is a plus. The location was amazing - very close to the beach, restaurants and amenities. The only minor issue we had was the shower pressure wasn't great. We would definitely recommend it!”

“We had an amazing stay at your beautiful beach house. It was the perfect ending to our summer. The house was exceptionally clean. organized, beautifully decorated, very spacious, cozy and well-equipped. The host was very nice and communication with her was very easy. It was a short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants. Highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.”

“Our vacay was one of the best ever thanks to Tim's property in Ormond Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated had everything we needed for our stay, and the location is perfect! We were close to local restaurants, grocery and shopping. The beach is amazing, there were only a few walkers, fisherman, and sunbathers each day. We will be back!”

“This is THE BEST place! From the location to the decor, this place was everything we could ask for. It was very clean, plenty of room, excellent location. We had a great get-a-way! We even had some local friends come over and had plenty of room for 9 adults.(only 4 slept there) But there is room for 6, a fur baby or two! Thank you so much, I will be keeping you in mind for future trips!!!”

“The place is great. Looked just like the advertisrment on VRBO. So many great places to see and restaurants were close by with an excellent choices. Loved the fenced in yard for my dogs. Hot Tub was a plus. I cant wait to come back. 🙂🙂🙂”
