The bedrooms were perfect for our stay. Good location. I will say just no silverware anywhere. We had a hard time finding utensils in the house. Otherwise great access and nice area for adventuring! Also just some wifi issues.

Great location, good value for price
Overall it was a great stay although owner didn't send us travel packet until I frantically requested it the day we were flying out. I let him know it would've been more practical to send it out a few days prior to the trip. We also had an incident with the hot water not working in one of the showers, but he had a service out to fix it relatively promptly. Proximity to convention center was great and walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants/shops was a bonus.

Great Location but a little lacking
Reviews are tough for me and I'm not one of those nit-picky people, we are fair and give everyone credit when due. I'm writing to maybe be helpful to others. Regardless, I do appreciate this rental, thank you for allowing our visit. Take care! Lots of pros: The communication with the owner was good and timely, he was very nice, smooth/simple check-in process, easy-peasy check-out, location of condo was convenient, as well as actual unit from parking, which was also extremely easy and ample. A few cons: My overall impression is that, this rental lacking a little and slightly neglected. To save some money from the parks and eat healthier, I cooked spaghetti dinner for my family of four and it was nearly impossible with the mini pot that was available. I had to use two just for the boiling of noodles. I know it's FL, but there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counters and some on floors, right away, so it wasn't from any of our food (and nothing was opened or sweet). I had to rid of them constantly. Splashes of something was on a few cabinets. There was no dishwasher detergent, or hand soaps, (when I asked for them, they were dropped off though.) There weren't any dishtowels in the kitchen to dry your hands, or dish rag to wipe off counters. No salt, pepper, first aid, or any other basic needs that I typically find in rentals. The master bed was awful sadly, the bed frame sounded like it'd fall apart any minute. Most of the support legs were broken or fell off underneath the bed when I checked under there. :( Again, the location, communication and ease of this rental was wonderful, and still outweigh some of these minute cons, but we appreciate the stay, thank you!

My family took a long weekend and stayed in Orlando for some family fun at the parks. This location was close to Universal and had nice restaurants close by too. The pool on the property was nice and my children had fun.

So nice, clean, and comfortable
We had an event at the convention center, and this condo was perfect for our family. We liked having a kitchen and then separate bathrooms for parents and kids. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs after long days. We will definitely be back.

While the location of the rental was excellent, unfortunately we had no A/C throughout the stay. We communicated that with the owner but it was not fixed during our stay. There were also things that could have been cleaner such as the towels provided and the bed linens. The apartment also had an unpleasant cigarette smell lingering.

Nice place, but poor communication.
With less than 4 days I had to contact through VRBO to get check-in information. When we arrived the door code did not work so we couldn't get in. We learned it was sent over an hour after 4pm check-in. No Check-out instructions. No TV instructions, couldn't watch network TV. TV did not work in 2 bedrooms. Toilet in Master is not fastened to the floor. Ice Machine did not work. No laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. No shelf in master shower, everything had to be put on the floor. The soap dish on the wall must have been installed incorrectly because it was angled so nothing could stay on it. The master bed frame was damaged and on the verge of breaking. Positive: Clean Good location When I did contact them they were responsive.

Orlando volleyball stay
Myself, daughter and another girl and her mom stayed at this property for the AAU Volleyball Nationals. The property was perfect and super convenient to the Orlando Convention Center. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Taking our son for college
This property was as the owner, Nathan, described. He replied to my questions in a timely manner before booking this place, during our stay, and as we prepared to leave to close the property for when we needed to head home to Pennsylvania. The area where this property is located is gated, quiet, and conveniently next door to a Publix shopping plaza. Our purpose for booking this property was it's location from the school our son is now attending and we felt safe while staying at the property. We would stay again.

Great Location to All Parks
This property was clean and comfortable. It fit the 6 of us perfectly. It is close to Universal, Disney , Icon Park, lots of restaurants, and shopping. The condo was clean and inviting. It is near a pool but not the main pool. Still a great location.

Great place and location
Was in town for a wedding with my boyfriend and decided to stay a few days with my brother & his wife. Very good deal for the location and amenities (in the property and the community). Spacious and clean. Checking in & checking out was as easy as sending a message. If we come back to Orlando I’d like to stay at Nathan’s property again. I’ve suggested this property to a few friends since I’ve gotten home. Thanks again!

Overall nice with a few improvements needed
Our trip began with me reaching out to the owners the morning of the day we were due to check-in, as we hadn't received any communication about check-in. I was told the condo was being cleaned and check-in instructions would be provided as soon as it was ready. At 4pm (check-in time) I had to reach out again because I still had not received instructions and was waiting in the Publix parking lot to get through the gate. Received a 7 page document with detailed instructions, the gate code and door code. Unfortunately, neither of the codes worked. Luckily someone was walking by and let me through the gate. Called the owner who told me the updated codes were at the bottom of the document. After he provided the correct codes, I read all 7 pages and there were no additional codes provided anywhere throughout the document. Condo was as described and appeared to be clean, however, we began noticing ants on the counter that evening (we didn't have any open food at that point). We did what we could to try getting rid of them but they were much worse in the morning and were even on the counter in the shared bathroom. Reached out to the owners who came during the day and placed ant traps on the counters. The next morning the ants appeared to mostly be gone. Overall, owners were responsive and condo was as expected. Great location and an easy drive to Universal. The root cause of the ant issue needs to be resolved and check-in could be a bit smoother.

Great!
Place was amazing. Exceptionally clean which is what I really wanted more than anything. Comfortable beds. It was missing a few forks, washcloths and a baking sheet. Honestly though, those are easy fixes. Publix is across the street with dunkin and a great pizza place. The pool was really nice! All of the main amenities are a few blocks away (bigger pool, bar, fitness center, game room, etc.) we didn’t get to go over there because we were so exhausted from Disney but wow! It’s right in the middle of everything, airport, Disney, universal, etc. can’t wait to go back!
