Ok house but some real problems
House was pretty new and generally in good shape and could have delivered a really good experience. It had plenty of space for a large family gathering. Property could have been a little cleaner and been better stocked with pots and pans and weirdly had no towel bars in bathrooms. Biggest issues: you are limited to only six cars for this house, which given house many people the house can accommodate is ridiculous. The community does not provide ANY alternative parking solutions or overflow parking options. This was not communicated until a week or two before our stay and was a major pain in the neck given we had families coming from all over the southeast and 8+ cars. This should have been stated more clearly in the listing and is why I downgraded rating for accuracy of listing and communication. Also, the house does not come with a grill but you can rent one from the management company - that was ok, but we were delivered a non-working grill which took multiple days of phone calls to resolve. When I requested a partial refund of the rental fee due to these issues, the refund was not granted. Good potential for this house but a few issues cast a shadow on our experience for the week. Communication with management company was inconsistent at best and ineffective at addressing issues raised before and during stay.
