Not what I was expecting from online site
To start I am glad I did not pay the extra money to have the heater cut on the pool and the hot tub due to how dirty they both were with leaves and dirt(nothing like the pictures) and the patio was also dirty with leaves even with a completely screened in porch. Next the mattress were very uncomfortable.(read the reviews from over a year ago and thought you would have replaced them) They were so wore out and made a lot of noise. Next the floor had several stains in the carpet, the couches were also wore out. For the money I paid I also was not impressed with the neighborhood or neighbors who I was told after I got home that a lady next door would stare into one of the windows that had a broken blind. Several of the blinds were broke of fell off in my hands as I tried to open or close them. So for these reasons me and my family will not be staying in a rental from Love Rentals or even using Vrbo for any vacations that we will be taken in the future. If you need me to send pictures I have a few.

As expected for a vrbo
Good location to disney and amenities. Had a little hiccup with access to the property. But was fixed quickly. Could use some basic maintenance (fix the bathroom door to he outside, fix the screen doors, all the beds need new mattresses, new shower head in master). The house itself very spacious and great for large families. Would rent again.

Very quiet peaceful location
Although the house it has a good layout, a beautiful pool, they need more towels. Towels that are there are very old. Need some cleaning supplies. The next neighbors are a bit nosey, especially when your in the pool.

Great Stay
The house was nice, needs to be updated. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that you had to stay 4 or more days in order to have heat for the pool and spa that should of been listed when I made the reservation, if it was I would of never booked this house because I basically wasted money to have a pool and spa that I could not use.

Great Stay
This was an amazing getaway with a Beautiful home. So clean. My family and dogs loved the back view and pool with a spa! Would love to come back nothing but good times that’s will last a life time.

Nice place, needs some tlc.
This was our first experience using this app and overall it was a success. The property was clean and as listed. It is is need of some maintenance as fans made noises, toilets flushed a little weird and the beds were not comfortable and made enough noise when I rolled over that it woke my wife up. Last issue was the neighbors, It appeared that drugs were being used and we often heard loud conversations outside. One person seen at the house was seen wandering the neighborhood on multiple locations not looking coherent.l The property manager was very responsive and overall I would recommend this.

Great place for a family
Home was clean with large rooms. Pool was clean. We elected to extend our stay and they were more than happy to help. We had a few questions and manager was very prompt and helpful. Nice neighbors on both sides of us.

Run as fast as you can!!!!!
This property was a problem from the minute we got there because it was filthy in the patio chairs with rusted and my husband cut his leg on them the pool was full of mold and algae the showerheads were full of mold and staphylococcus there was algae all over the windows all over the patio table and the property is in general filth condition. The property manager/cool guy accused us of lying and saying that we could heat the pool for free when in actuality we told him that we were from New England and we were used to swimming in cold water and we didn’t want the heat on and they accused us of saying that the pool heating was free. Aggie from love rentals stated that we should’ve let her know about these problems but I was working from the property doing telehealth as a doctor and they could not have come in to clean so I could not of had them come in to clean the property while I was there and she also cited with her property manager who allowed this property to be rented in filthy rotten conditions stay away stay far far away!!! Also there is a group home right next-door for mentally disordered people and I don’t have a problem with that but I was surprised and a family that has children may be concerned about that because you’re not sure about who your neighbors are.
