We rented this townhome because it was pet friendly because I have Yorkies and I had that selected when I searched for the properties. When we arrived the address kept taking us to the private owners entrance - so we circled numerous times before finding the way in. The place was dirty upon arrival, they provide very little for your stay and the beds sleep HORRIBLE!!! The king size bed had my husband and I rolling into the center. Everyone chipped in when we were leaving to clean the house, take garbage out, started a load of towels and hand washed their little plastic dishes. There are notes all over the home of what you cannot do and we abide by those. After checking out - no one contacted me prior to - but the owner had my account debited for unrecoverable sheet damage from where they claimed my pet urinated on the bed and for hair the cleaning people found in the floor and 2 hairs on a window sill. I HAVE NO IDEA WHOSE HAIR THAT WAS BECAUSE MY PETS - DO NOT SHED AND THEY ARE NOT BLACK. I attempted to deal with the management company in an effort to get my money refunded but they did not help me even though they stated that they agreed with me. BEWARE OF THIS OWNER!!!!

The location was a little out more than I would have liked but the resort and home were nice. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. I was not aware the ice machine in the fridge and the dryer in the home weren’t going to work. Those are 2 things that are very important to me. I was excited to have a pool as this was the first time I have gotten one. I understand that it was Orlando but the water was like hot tub water, no exaggeration. I wish I would have had some tips on how to make it cooler. We found things to do away from the house in the evening because it was too hot. I realize I could have called the host about some of these things but I was on vacation and had a full schedule with a toddler. The resort was nice but expensive because they did not allow outside snacks, which again with a toddler, can get pricey.

Everything was great! It was just like the pictures on the site. Very clean and the resort amenities was great as well. We spent a day just at the resort. We would stay again.

Horrible Host, nice house

8 days prior to our stay I was contacted for additional money for my pet. I asked them to show me how my daily rate was broken out because I thought the pet was included in the daily rate. Then I get a message from the host that pets are not allowed at the property. I had to send proof to them that this property is pet friendly while panicking over trying to find someone to watch our dog. 3 days later I get a message from The Host that they reviewed my evidence and I can indeed bring my dog. No apology for causing me distress. I sent back a message that we were no longer going to bring the dog as I was worried we would get there and they would change their minds again. I kept getting bills for the dogs and I kept responding with we're not bringing the dog. Then they actually called me to collect the dog fee. The check-in process was mostly easy except for the line at the gate to get inside the community. The bedding was dirty on four of the beds. The majority of the issues with the bedding was the comforters. They would not replace the comforters. Dust bunnies in every room. Dryer exhaust not hooked up. King bed needs replaced. There was a sock on the pool deck. We were given one towel per person for an eight nights day. Not allowed to turn the air below 70. Fitted sheets not used on the bed flat sheets kept coming off and you're sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. Kitchen sink stoppers did not work. Ask to have the dryer fixed and no one showed up.

It was a nice house. We had to wash our sheets upon arrival due to three of the rooms sheets not seeming clean. The master had smears on the sheets and hair. The space between the bed and nightstand had dirt and hair. The other rooms had hair on the sheets and one rooms sheets smelled like a woman’s perfume. The dryers button was not working properly and the space surrounding the dryer and washer was super dirty. The long couch had a circular stain.
