8 overnights. Game room not in best shape, some missing kitchen utensils, plates, but that's ok. Arrived evening and at a 1st glance, rooms and kitchen, were in fact well cleaned. When we finally settled in, we noticed some dirty in the garage but that's ok, but the pool was dirty. All pool covered with green algae, water was not cloudy only because it's untouched for several days at least. Started the long talking with the management, text and phone, and they kept a rolling delay, promising someone to clean, all the weekend through the holiday on Monday - when staff came to clean. Took exactly 4.5 days in 90F Orlando to it be barely usable. We adventured in the pool next day, but it's cloudy and with very questionable pH/Clorine levels. Water really started to turn clear in the last 48h. I've everything saved here. Messages, photos, videos, hth logs. Had to fight for some compensation. Spent 2 grand and got back 60 bucks for loss of amenities, and after that going to upper level of management, 130 what looks like to be a refund of the clean fee. Guess I'd to be happy and settle with that... I get it, things happens. But for a vacation property, when time counts, 4 delay is unacceptable as well as having to fight with cheap property manager.
