Una gran villa moderna en una gran parcela que le da a esta casa una sensación espaciosa por dentro y por fuera. Una cubierta extendida de la piscina ofrece mucho espacio exterior para momentos de diversión alrededor de la piscina con suficiente espacio para familias numerosas. Con 5 habitaciones, incluyendo dos señores, es ideal para grupos grandes.

El salón de la planta baja es un gran lugar para relajarse con la ventaja añadida de una segunda sala de estar / sala de televisión arriba especialmente bienvenida si 2 familias comparten el alojamiento. El segundo salón tiene una gran pared de TV de pantalla plana de 55 "con DVD y consola Wii.

La casa tiene 2 dormitorios principal en suite decoradas con buen gusto y decoradas tanto con un gran paseo empotrados. También hay un dormitorio doble conectado a través de Jack n Jill baño En suite con dormitorio doble que sería adecuado para una familia perfectamente. Hay un dormitorio doble con cuarto de baño al lado.

The property was spacious and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It fit our family of nine comfortably and the pool and hot tub spa were happily well used by all. When we had a problem the management company was very prompt and courteous. The owner was also prompt with any questions we had prior to our trip. We would definitely rent this place again.

Spacious clean well maintained home with plenty of room for our family of ten, aged 3-70 years old! This villa is situated in a quiet location within a 10-20 minute drive to any of the Disney Parks. Beautiful pool and spa with lots of towels and loungers. The owner is very responsive and communicates clearly and promptly. When we had a question about the pool heat he replied right away and a very nice property manager arrived the same day to inspect the system and address our concerns. We would definitely stay here again for another Disney vacation. Thank you Phil!

If you are searching for a great spot near Disney for a family vacation, look no further. We just came home from our eight night stay at this beautiful house, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Everything from our first communications with Phil to our check-out was seamless and exceptional. Our family group consisted of three generations with six adults and three children under six years old. The house was perfect for us with its five bedrooms and five bathrooms. We all had our own living space and lots of room in the common areas. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub which overflows into the swimming pool, and we had a lot fun the well equipped games room. There are no neighbours behind the property, so it’s very quiet and private. During our stay, we visited Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Kennedy Space Center, Gaterland, and Clearwater Beach. The house is also close to plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas. This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Honestly, if this place is available during your travel time, book it. You will not regret it.

This property is as you see it in the pictures. A Large and beautiful house. We had a family of 7 adults, and we all enjoyed the space. There were just a few minor issues. First, I needed to put the silverware and cooking spoons in the dishwasher, as there was some with food on them and inside the silverware drawer was nasty. These are thing that is easily overlooked as one don't normally clean the drawers but there was a lot of crumbs, and it looked like something was spilled in it. But these were a easy quick fix. Also, there was the issue with the hot tube that kept draining. I would like to mention that the property manager was always quick to respond to my messages. I tell you this place is worth it.

We had an excellent 8 days in the villa which lived up to our high expectations. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. The games room in the garage was good fun and had lots to do and the pool/jacuzzi was big enough for us five adults. We enjoyed our time and were able to be in the Disney parks within 20-25 minutes, so everything was very convenient.

Stayed here last week, the place is lovely with excellent connections to parks and nearby shops. Instructions and access were clear, and comms from the host were great! My smallest issue is with the hot tub/spa. The temperature is too low, and the jets are to high pressure, resulting in a very loud, less than relaxing soak. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to someone looking.

The house was in an amazing area close to everything. The owner was very responsive as well as the property management company. The pool area is beautiful with lots of sun all day and amazing pool temperature. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your meals with a fridge that had a working icemaker. The beds in the rooms could use an update as they bounce and creak when moving at night and perhaps remove the carpet as it is very old and needs a good cleaning. Otherwise I would highly recommend that place for its location and amazing pool.

We loved this house. My husband and I took the downstairs room and the rest of the family, 2 adults and 2 teens, took the upstairs. It was like they had their own place. The pool and spa were warm and wonderful and there were enough necessities, like toilet paper and dish soap to get us thru the week we were there. We will be back.

The villa is absolutely fantastic!! It’s perfectly situated close to Disney and other amenities/attractions. The communication from Phil was brilliant, from the time of booking through to our arrival. Highly recommended & it’s definitely a place that we would want to stay in again. My family spent a week here and everything was fantastic. The house is exactly as described; if anything, it’s bigger than it appears in the photos. Everything was clean and the entire house was well appointed. Each bedroom had a box fan in the closet, which was a welcome touch for white noise while sleeping (as we are accustomed to), and plenty of towels in each bathroom. The beds are all very firm, the only downside to the entire property. The pool and hot tub were awesome, we swam every day and night. We had one issue with the hot tub but the property management company responded very quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. We will definitely be back!

Well equipped villa with plenty of space in a good location. Great private pool area, not overlooked and plenty of sun loungers for all. The heated spa was wonderful especially after a day in the parks. Would definitely book again.
