Ok for the price
The Pros- The apartment was conveniently located. Easy access. Had enough pillows and blankets. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Cons- It is listed for up to eight people but that is imposible since the sofa bed is in terrible condition, even when we tried we could not use it and there are only 7 towels. The dinning chairs are peeling off so we had some extra material stuck to our clothes. The cleaning crew was there at 9:45am when the check out was at supposed to be at 10am. We definitely felt the pressure.

So glad we chose your property!!!
Wow!!! Loved the Unit & wish we could have stayed longer than just the qeekend!!! Upgrades are beautiful and the photos listed are spot on. Bedrooms are a great size and so comfy - we would love to come back and stay the next time were in Orlando. So much better than renting 3 hotel room, the aunit has everything you could possibly need!!

Property was very pleasing to the eye. We did have some issues that were followed up with maintaince from the development however it took a day away from our time as we had to stay in the villa while work was being done. Would rent a car for sure as it's too far away from everything.

Home away from home
Great stay at the Villa of Laguna Bay! Just arrive, unpack and you’re home! Quiet and clean, fully equipped with modern kitchen, washer & dryer, pool community with BBQ - we enjoyed 3 weeks of care free. The host is responsive and flexible. We definitely recommend! Till Next stay in Orlando

Perfect space for a ladies trip
This villa was perfect for a group of 6 women in our 40's and 50's. The pictures are true to the online ad as well. All the bedding was VERY comfortable. Only suggestions we have are to update the sofa as it seems a little worn in places and maybe add another accent chair/recliner, etc. Just to provide more seating in the living room area. The only seasonings provided are salt and pepper. Will need to provide own cooking items including oil, butter, coffee, sugar, etc. Only mentioning this for others to be prepared, and it not to say anything negative about this listing (every one is different) The cleaners were still there when we arrived, but that did not bother us one bit (they were SUPER nice too) Host was very responsive to my questions. We also appreciate there was not a LONG list of check out chores for us to do. Thank you!

Nice with some issues
It was a great central location and nice inside, but we had some big issues. The dryer was blocked by the doors (which were off the hinges and almost fell on us twice) and we struggled getting clothes in and out. The disposal was not working, and we ended up fixing it by getting out 2 rusted bottle caps that were jammed inside it. The pool which is around 20 yards right behind two of the bedroom windows (master and one with 2 beds) is open till 11, this brought in a lot of light and noise for those trying to sleep. There was a group in the pool many of the nights we were there playing loud music and we could hear everything (even some inappropriate stuff). We actually had to move the kids into the front room to fall asleep and then move them back once it was finally quiet (past 11pm). The inside was nice, and it met all our needs inside, but I do not think we would stay there again.

Medieval Spring Vacation
The house is very clean an organized...laundry is a plus...really quite Condo and close to everything. We went to Medieval Dinner Time, just 4 min from the house, really nice experience, and another day just at the pool. Planning to comeback soon!!! Catalina is very friendly and just a text away from you.

We thought the pool would be packed, but this seems to be a quiet community. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Have quarters for the pool table inside and take tennis rackets for the court. If you need anything everything is within a five minute drive.

Pleasantly surprised!
This villa was just what we needed. I travelled with my two adult daughters and the villa was perfect. Great amount of space for us. House was clean, updated and well equipped. We had a small issue using the code to enter the rental, but the host responded immediately and stepped us through the process to get in. The neighborhood was pleasant. Location was perfect. There is easy access to parks, airport, shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was very responsive. The interior is newly remodeled and beautiful. We didn’t have any issues with anything on the inside of the property. Other reviews mentioned the upstairs neighbor being loud, but we didn’t find that to be the case. The property is convenient to the pool and to the community entrance. The exterior of the property and adjoining property looks like it’s being worked on. It could use a refresh, but I never felt unsafe. I would hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Great stay
We had an amazing stay and Catalina was very accomodating with us and my dogs. The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The only issue I could think of is that the upstairs neighbors wake up at 5-6am and you can hear them walking/stomping for hours.

Awesome Place
This place is awesome! Great travel distance between parks and beaches. It was great to find an affordable place instead of staying on Disney Resorts. I definitely will book this place again on our next Florida vacation.

We’ were totally delighted with the condo. Clean. Bright. End unit wirjb lots of fun. Close to pool. 3 bedrooms. It was perfect! Host Catalina was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Graduation
We renting this VRBO for my UCF graduation. It wasn't close to campus but it was such a lovely place that it was worth the travel time. Reservation was easy and private. We traveled with two small dogs and the unit was on a side with a nice grassy area for the dogs and a pet waste station. Close to food and shopping but out of the way not bombarded with tourists. Would love to stay there again!

Clean stay for parks
We stayed at this property while we were visiting disneyworld. It was about a 20 minute drive to all the parks. The property is conveniently located to popular stores and restaurants. Positives: probably the biggest and most important thing to us is cleanliness, specifically of the floors and bathrooms. This place was probably the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in. The tile floors were very clean, along with the sofa. This made our stay much more comfortable. Negatives: The property was overall quiet; however, we were woken up each of our 4 nights between 2-5am from the people living/staying upstairs who were walking around for extended periods of time. This was very loud through the ceiling (louder than typical apartments). Additionally, I would recommend the owners update the queen mattress. It isn’t a true mattress, it is more of just a thin piece of foam which you sink to the bed frame on. We had to put our toddler in this bed and the adults had to sleep on the twin beds.

Didn't meet expectations
Communication before our trip was very good but that is where it ended. We arrived at the property and the entry code we were given did not work on the door so we could not get in. We contacted the property owner and after about 30 minutes we were given the correct code to enter. We understand that confusion may occur but this did start our trip off later than we had hoped after an already long drive. At first review of the property we noticed it was decorated beautifully and very modern. Unfortunately, the master shower had mold and dirt all over the shower curtain. The washer also had a very strong smell of mold coming from it. The internet signal was very weak and did not work. We were unable to use the tv's on the network and we could not keep in touch with the kennel watching our dog and my husband could not access his work emails at night. The listing states that washcloths and towels were provided. There were plenty of towels but only one wash cloth which was actually a dishcloth. We were only there 2 days and went to Disney so we didn't immediately bring the mold and other issues to their attention because we didn't want to waste time away from the parks waiting on someone to come and properly clean and fix the internet. We did however contact the owner on the day we were leaving to ask what they would like us to do before we left and mentioned the issues. We asked for a discount because of these issues and never received an apology or even an acknowledgement. We messaged them again yesterday to discuss and were met with a very abrupt response. I do not recommend this property with the issues that we encountered and how nasty the property owner was.
