Nice property at a quit location. Had a nice week with my daughter with plenty of facilities in the area. Very nice pool, although we did not use it as it was too cold.

My husband and I stayed here for our trip to Disney. It was a great option for staying off property! Chris was very helpful in answering any questions we had before our arrival date and throughout our stay. The room was clean and we felt very comfortable! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, and nice room as well as the environments.
My daughter and I had a nice one week stay. The place really felt like home. The family are so welcoming. The place is basically close to all the shopping centers. Thank you Christopher for having us.

Great stay!
We had a great experience and would stay here again! Affordable and only about 20-25 min rideshare to the parks. Friendly and responsive host. Very clean room with extra towels, pillows and sheets. Mini fridge, coffee, breakfast table, TV etc. Everything you could need! The room/house is quite warm, but there was a fan in the closet to use. Otherwise, 10/10!

We had a great stay. The area is safe and private. The owner is very friendly and responsive. The house is clean and you have the necessary you need in the room. We didn’t have to use the kitchen. The pool is nice and clean. I definitely would stay again

Great for a Short Visit
First the host and family were very easy to get along with and pleasant. The fridge is too small. But they did let us put the milk in the kitchen fridge and we were able to access the ice maker with was nice.

Great time!
The only reason this property got 4 stars is because the residents have three cars and there is only two parking spaces. Which means the guests have to park on the street 99% of the time. As you know, car insurance is more expensive if you park on the street, and I prefer to park in a driveway. Otherwise, this vrbo rocks

Solo Disney Trip
Room was super clean and very friendly hosts. I was only there to sleep so the room being right off their living/kitchen area was not a big deal to me. Some confusion on code to get in but was immediately rectified. Parking is limited and house numbers hard to see at night so just get house description. Again, hosts super friendly and room comfortable and cozy.

Nice room
When I booked this, I didn't thoroughly read that this is just for a guest room and not the whole house. Since we were on our honeymoon, it wasn't quite what we wanted as far as privacy goes. The room itself was nice and the fridge worked great! The family was very good about giving us space. This is a nice alternative to a hotel.

Perfect location and price
I had a class to attend at the Bahama Resort right down the street. There was no way that I was paying those exorbitant prices. The location and price point of this property was unbelievable. The hosting family was incredibly hospitable and provide an immaculately clean room with private bathroom. There is also a nice pool and backyard area to enjoy. The family also a sweet dog who took quite a liking to my fiancée and I after a few days. All in all this was a very good experience and I highly recommend this stay for those who want to enjoy the Kissimmee and amusement park areas without wrecking themselves financially paying for overpriced accomodations.
