Family trip
Overall my stay was nice. The apartment is very out dated needs a lot of repairs man things broken I text the owner so I won’t be charged for anything that was already broken and outdated. House dirty dust stuck to ceilings . But again my stay was great due to I did my cleaning and made the best of everything .

Worst place I’ve ever booked!
Upon arrival the checking process was easy and the host responded immediately but the property is located in an unsafe area where drug raids are common. The apartment had blankets covering the couch, the linens were very worn, beds were sagging, cabinets with panels missing, doors hanging on hinges. Broken chair, mud at front entrance and the lake had trash covered banks. You could smell LOTS of marijuana and people hanging out all over outside. I felt unsafe, even the police said it was a very risky area. This was a poor run down apartment complex.

It’s a cute little 2 bedroom apt with a Disney theme. Easy check in and out process. We would rent there again. Not far from parks, maybe 20 min..

Getting into the property was difficult, it was a gated community and they had to call the host each day for a 14 day stay to confirm us, often taking upwards of 5-10 minutes, once taking over 30 minutes. Difficulty getting responses from the property manager regarding how to access the unit, never received a response when asking about check out instructions. All dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before we could use them.

Very comfortable home
We had a great experience staying here for our summer getaway. The place is very welcoming. The property has toys and puzzles for the kids to play with. Can't beat the price! Our children fell in love and didn't want to leave. The only thing I would advise is to bring quarters for laundry!!!! We sure hope to return in the near future.

Short Getaway
This location was perfect. Close to main attractions. Very clean. Property manager was very helpful and communicated amazing. I had no delay with the property. Will rent this location again in the future. Thank you so much for making it feel like a home away from home.

Clean and great Location
This place was perfect location around everything you need and 20 mins to Disney. It was cleaned and check-in was great. Communication with owner was great but when there was only one remote control for 2 TVs master bedroom/living room only. kids room did not have control but manual controls work and no smart TV like the others. Other than that, it was cleaned, early check in and great location.

The worst experience I have ever had
The apartment is extremely untidy, dirty, unbearable odor of dampness. The communication with the owner is very difficult . We were without internet and when ask to check what is the problem, they replied after 24 hours . Many stuff are broken, including blinds, with a thick layer of dust on them . There were also open cockers and mold in the ventilation. The VRBO didn’t provide us with a solution for this issue and living in inappropriate conditions. So we left. Also we got the refund only 5 days ( instead of 6 that left, we left on 02/24 at 10:00 and informed the owner on that moment.and I don’t understand why they took money from 02/24 until 02/25. So in general I am going to write feedback on social media also about the property and about the VRBO who didn’t help people to solve such kinds of troubles.

Good host
Overall the stay was good. Master bed was broken and guest bedroom tv did not work. Blinds and windows had mold but lorena resoibded by sending maintenance and a new box frame . Over all location was good 👍🏼

Needs work
While I am grateful we had a place to stay, this location needs work. The master bed had broken boards so we sunk in the middle. The room with the double bed one of the beds was completely broken and couldn't even be used. We were told my landlord she would fix it the next day and nothing. The floors were dirty to the point that there where left over food underneath stuff. The kitchen sink was broken and had a bucket to catch the water. Mattress pad on master bed was stain and there where clumps of hair all over the apartment along with dead bugs. Door code only worked when it wanted to. This could be a very nice rental if you fixed it up and cleaned.

OK for the price
Nice area. Older unit that shows it's wear and tear. Basic amenities. Solid 4 out of 5 overall. Clean, close parking. Communication with owner ok. Initially, great but never did get the WiFi password, lol.
