Great Stay
Good experience, having direct contact with owner and housekeeper if needed. They were very flexible with our entry time. Quite clean, good location for the theme parks. All in all, we would stay there again!

Brilliant stay
Absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish. Returned for the second time in 10 months. Property is great. Managers brilliant and the overall stay was as good as last time. Can't wait to return for our next vacation. Our 5 year old son loved the pool. Thanks again!

Lock box fell apart, sliding door to pool wouldn’t open, could not get bedroom tvs to work, bed in master bedroom was thin mattress on piece of plywood. Upon finding a cockroach, we departed after being there only two hours. Notified management office upon departure.

Enjoyed our stay!
Not a bad location! Perfect spacious getaway for us while we attended the cheerleading worlds championship! Shawn is very helpful and responded to all my questions & concerns! Just keep in mind you’ll need to purchase toilet paper dish soap and laundry soap which we learned is relatively common down south! Target is just around the corner so wasn’t a big deal :)

Horrible floors
Everything worked fine and we enjoyed the heated pool. However this property is in dire need of new floors and definitely needs new carpet! The mop boards need cleaned and painted. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

The house was perfect for my family. It was clean and within close range of where we needed to go. Communication with the property manger was a plus!! We had no problems and looking to rent again here when we come back!

Great stay!
This was a great stay for the 8 days we were in town. The property manager & owner was so quick to answer any questions we had. We loved the pool, neighbourhood felt safe and the house overall had a great amount of space for the 4 of us. Grocery store was nice and close so it was easy to pop out and grab anything you needed. Most attractions were about a 30 min drive from the house so you definitely need a car. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

Brilliant from start to finish
Shawn was brilliant from the moment we booked to stay in his home. The property itself was in great condition and looked exactly like the photos listed. It was both clean and tidy. The villa was spacious and our littleone loved the toy box provided. Tvs in each room were a bonus. Location was perfect to relax after a long day at the parks. Friendly quiet neighbourhood. If i needed anything the property manager was on hand. Nothing was an issue for them and our stay overall was first class. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to the USA.

Vacay rental house. just dont for your safety
Shawn was pleasant to deal with in the beginning. Once he got ur money and u got into the home, it was downhill from there. We told him about issues with the home. He said call the property manager. I did, heard a kid screaming in the back ground. She said shed see what she could do, then just hung up on me. No call back or anything. Reached out to the owner. He gave a little bit of attitude. I told him i was concerned about the safety of his home, he said i could leave if i didnt feel safe. Well after my hubby spent time on fixing the 2 doors(to the pool), fixing the spectrum tvs, master bedroom still has no sound when watching regular TV, and fixing the wifi. He was able to relax. We shouldnt have to spend any time fixing anything. Without the doors being able to open, it was a fire hazard. When i did laundry, i noticed the room was very warm, i ask hubby to check it out. He found the dryer vent was not vented outside. Causing lint from the dryer to blow into the room. Again FIRE HAZZARD. lint can very easily catch fire. His property manager was put on noticed. No response. She never even looked at the message. There is exposed wire hanging out of a light switch in the garage. Another safety issue. I tried reaching out to the owner but i must be blocked or he is just ignoring me. I was hoping he'd acknowledge my hubby for the work he done. Maintance came in when we weren't there. The window in the master bath fell out causing a bruise on the hubbys arm. Not fixed correctly

We had an amazing time. The pool was the high point every afternoon! I think we arrived just in time for a heatwave! Celine at American Homes Rentals was helpful and responded quickly to answer our questions. I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend!!
First, Shawn is an amazing owner to work with. He was always a text or call away, very hands on. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Disney parks and the area and my family and I appreciated that more than anything. However, I was concerned as of the night before our arrival I reached out and said we haven’t received any info on the check in and what the access code was, which made me nervous. I reached out to him and he sent me the info the next morning. I will mention when using the WiFi, do not go by the book for the pw it has not been updated. Instead go by the WiFi spectrum boxes that are on the desk. The pw is on the back of the box. The last issue of concern which I reported was when we left my husband had said he locked the door and he was sure of it, upon returning from our day at Disney the door was unlocked. I reported to Cynthia (property manager) who stated no one had been there I expressed my concern as we left very valuable things there and she again said no one had went into the unit. Everything was in the unit after looking I just was concerned. Other than that we had a great experience. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and was the perfect amount of space for our family. Perfect distance from the chaos of Disney to relax after long days at the park. Will definitely book here again when we come back to Disney.
