Some stuff needs attention
The closet door in bathroom needs to be fix. The supports in the bed needs to be replace . One of the cabinet door needs to be fixed.

Nice Stay
We visited for a girls trip to epcot for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay & loved that we were able to sleep a lot of people with everyone having their own space. The only thing i would say is the mattress in the downstairs bedroom is much nicer than all of the others. The ones upstairs are comfortable but very squeeky and springy. I would also recommend backup towels/washcloths!

Excellent property
I read reviews before I book a property. Reviews for this place were accurate. I'll add to it: Very clean including the floors / carpet. Nice furniture. Nice bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Nice washer / dryer. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

Good overall. Not a luxury accommodation, but a good option for families or if you have a group. It was quite clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived. It is exactly as advertised. The pool area is pretty basic, but good for lying in the sun and a quick dip. The property shows some wear and tear (chipping paint here and there). There are a few rules to be aware of such as thermostat must stay at 74•F, warning to use minimal water and electricity that may make a stay with a family less than ideal. Good communication and service from the owners. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great Value and Location
The unit was clean, communication was excellent from the owner, and the property is in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores and activities close by. Short 20-minute drive from MCO and close to most Disney parks. Pictures are very representative of the unit.

Condo Review
The property was good for the short time we were there. There were difficulties with the gate entrance that seemed to be an issue with most residents as well. The property was clean and well organized. There were no toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo and conditioner which made it difficult for us being out of town travelers. There were also very few towels available. I think we would have spent more time in the condo had there been some basic kitchen supplies as well like salt and pepper.

Great Place!
I rented this space because we needed to go to a tournament nearby at the ESPN facility. The condo was clean and spacious! Overall was just a great stay and would definately encourage other people who wants to be close to ESPN, Disney Springs, to stay here.

4 night stay
This condo was a good size for 6 adults. Liked having a washer and dryer. The house wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The rail on the stairs was sticky and dirty as were the walls in the stairwell. All the baseboards had caked on dust. The couch could use a steam cleaning. The beds were clean as were the toilets and sinks. The tub was so so but ok for a shower. A little disappointed that despite a hefty cleaning fee, you had to strip beds and put all bedding and towels in a pile for cleaning crew.

Filthy property
The rental was filthy. The staircase handlebar was sticky. The carpet was covered in stains. The couch was stained. One of the baths was clogged and didn’t drain. The other shower was super mildewy. The towels were thin and rough. The smoke alarm batteries died during our stay so we had to run to CVS to get replacement batteries so it would stop beeping. The bags they left for the trash can did not fit in the trash can. Therefore, every time we tried to use them, they ripped. Kitchen items were stored under the kitchen sink, which had dead bugs down there. While we were unloading the car, a raccoon came up and tried to get into our car. There was trash under the beds. This was the grossest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The walls were stained and sticky. We have stayed at an Evolve rental before, but this one was horrid. This experience might have pushed us back over to hotel stays.

Great family vacation spot
We were very happy with our stay. There was 4 adults and 3 kids in our group and the bedroom set up was perfect for all! We were in town for a national gymnastic competition and it was close to EVERYTHING. Close to the convention center, close to Disney (we went to Disney springs - took 13 min to get there) and tons of restaurants/stores. We had a very minor AC issue and it was addressed and fixed immediately. Communication with the property manager and owner was stellar - both were extremely responsive and went above and beyond. The unit is very well appointed and has tons of extras too (pack n play and pool items). The pool area is a great spot to relax in the afternoon too. If/when we come back to Orlando, we will absolutely stay here again.

Everything we needed
The condo had plenty of space for five people and the third bathroom was especially useful. Every room had a tv, there were extra pillows and blankets, the kitchen was clean and functional. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Perfect Town House close to Disney
Great Town house - we loved that there was a bedroom with full bathroom on 1st floor for my elderly MIL so she wouldn't have to walk up stairs, and 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Very close to Disney without having to go on I-4. Clean, safe, and easy to check into. We will book again!

Beautiful condo!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, roomy and the location was great. Very close to everything yet it was in a quiet neighborhood. The weather was amazing so we were able to use the community pool which was nice. We had everything we needed to feel at home, we didn’t even need to rent a stroller at the parks as they had one at the condo to use. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Universal Studios. Only a 25 minute drive. Loved having 2 king bed with attached bathrooms plus two other bedrooms with a third hall bath. Gated community with security. Would definitely stay again!
