Nice Condo in Good Location
We had a nice stay and enjoyed the nearby pool. Here are some things to know (in no particular order): 1. The nearby Walmart is one of the nation's busiest. Best to walk there and not drive there. Inside, it is crazy busy. 2. Clothe detergent, shampoo, soap were not provided 3.The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked a few dinners. 4. The traffic in the Orlando area during spring break was absolutely terrible. Plan for this. 5. The people at this condo development (renters and owners) were all very nice.

Steps and More Steps
Property was lovely, however, we were not aware of all the steps. We are in our late 70s so it made it a little difficult for us to move our things in and out. Location to pool was excellent.

Perfect Retreat
The condo is clean, well appointed and perfectly located to enjoy the parks with easy driving! Check in was easy and all communication was timely. The community pool was a great way to recover from Disney races. Loved the stay and hope to return soon!

Great stay!!
Great, clean, quiet and nicely furnished place. We traveled to both coasts and went to Universal from the house and it was an easy drive. Walmart and gas is literally at the end of the complex. Close to 4 and so many places to eat. Would stay again.

Nice place, hated the ants
We were in town for a cheer competition and the value for this rental was perfect. The unit is right across from the pool. Everyone in the community was very friendly and the area was quiet, gated and felt safe. The traffic coming back from ESPN/Disney was always heavy, there were times it took ~30 min to get back to the house and without traffic ~15 min. Convenient Wal-Mart, gas station and restaurants nearby. The unit itself had everything you need. We did not have extra trash bags anywhere. My 13-year old loved the minion room. There was an extra rollaway bed in the closet and a set up for a crib. Plenty of drawers and closet space. The previous review about the hard bed in the master was true, I actually felt the reclining sofa was more comfy, but that just may be due to me being picky. Unless I’m blind and completely missed this in the check in packet (although I read a few times), you are required to check in at the clubhouse. There is a sign at the entrance that says “All guests must check in”, but I didn’t know that applied to VRBO guests, I just assumed it was for guests of owners? You must do this to get a code to enter the pool. Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation in the kitchen/dining area which was only noticed the next morning after we had to throw our snacks away that we left on the kitchen counter. Upon closer look, they were ALL OVER the counter tops, floor, dining table, etc. They were even all over my daughters cheer backpack that we left on the dining chair. I offered to send videos to the property manager, but received no reply. We left a day early and stayed at a hotel nearby.

Wonderful Condo!
We enjoyed everything about this condo! There was plenty of space and all the supplies we needed for the kitchen and bathrooms, all very clean and nicely furnished. The location of the Resort was perfect to come and go, with a huge Walmart within walking distance for food or anything we forgot to bring. We loved being close to the pool and spa, and the screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Orlando area and will recommend it to others.

Super close to Disney
Property is as great and clean. Plenty of space for our group of 4. Kids loved the minion room. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day in the parks. Right next door to Wal-Mart for all the things you forgot. There were a couple of umbrella strollers and a ton of beach/pool toys available in the garage.

Honest review!!! My family and I were SUPER impressed by this place! From the location to the neighborhood. Everything went above and beyond! Big take aways: You needed NOTHING but food/coffee. Appliances galore!!! Towels and washcloths were in abundance. (We left fresh washcloths too!) Everything you need for a baby or a toddler! Even a stroller which came in handy for my toddler at Sea World! Lots of beach items! Baby gates! Location is perfect but bad if you LOVE Walmart!!! Ha! It’s within walking distance! Food establishments EVERYWHERE! Quiet neighborhood Gated-need code to enter-felt safe! Minion room was a hit with my 4 yr old! I really cannot think of anything bad about this place. We cannot wait to return (we actually now want to move to Orlando!) Thanks! ~Shannon
