Hace mas de un mes que dejamos la propiedad y aun no devuelven el depósito. Me he comunicado con VRBO y dicen que está en proceso. El televisor del cuarto no servia. Nunca lo verificaron. No habia seguridad en las instalaciones o alrededores. El portón siempre estaba abierto.

Great location
Overall this was a good place to stay. We had a few small things that could be improved (asking guests to have a quiet time after a certain time would be great as our neighbors were loud late at night). Silverware was dirty, beds were very squeaky but were comfortable, several areas needed paint in the apartment, dryer didn’t work great. Overall I would give it about 4 out of 5 stars for location, price and nice pools and such.

We arrived on Tuesday. Check in was super easy. Propery was beautiful. Location was fantastic with a short drive to both Disney & Universal Parks. Shopping center just outside property with a Publix and multiple restaurants. Condo itself was not good. Bug on wall on arrival. Lamps without knobs to turn them on. Had to plug & unplug to use the lamps. The remotes didn’t work for the TV in the main room - you couldn’t change the volume - guess they needed new batteries? Issues with refrigerator started the day after arrival (Wednesday night). So loud we couldn’t sleep. Text the number that we had been communicating through without response. Called customer service. No response. We finally sacrificed the food in the fridge (food to feed us for 3 days) for sleep and just unplugged the fridge. The following morning I left another message and sent another text. Someone finally responded to the text and said they would be right out. 24 hours later (Friday) someone came to fix the fridge and left the kitchen floor filthy for me to clean up 😤 We always book through VRBO when traveling and have never had these types of issues. Definitely a condo that is not lived on but only rented. Worst 4 nights of our life.

Spring Break
Great location and property. Short walk to 2 pools. Close to Disney, Universal and shopping. Neither of the hair dryers in bathrooms were functioning so we had to go out and purchase one. Nice to be close to Publix! The unit could use some attention, but overall it was ok. The ceilings appear to need cleaning/paint. Not sure if the black marks are dirt or mold but seems like it should be addressed either way. Sink backs up in primary bathroom.

Nice location
This location worked well for us as we were visiting both Disney and Universal and doing other stuff. 107 is a ground floor which was perfect for me and my bad knee. Overall a great stay. I wish the cabinets had handles because Florida humidity makes them stick a bit. I also wish a pod or two of laundry detergent were provided-but it’s simple to get some because there is a Publix super close! Everything else was great and I had no troubles at all. The bathrooms were very roomy which was nice.

Adequate but worn accommodation
This property has an ok location, nice pool, decent view. The furniture is old and worn. The guest bath toilet broke on the 3rd day of our week-long stay and was never fixed despite daily assurance that it would be. Lots of nicks, gouges in walls and woodwork. They did fix a broken lamp. The ceiling looks like they had a flood from above- mouldy looking spots.Whole place needs a paint job and some tlc.

lodging for professional conference
I generally prefer to stay separate from the predetermined conference lodging for some privacy and opportunity to disengage when I want. This was a perfect distance from the OCCC- easy/cheap Uber ride or a 25 min walk (when not too humid). The space was great and complex is lovely. There was some construction going on so the pool was not completely available. Condo itself had a lot of room, but was not as updated as the neighboring condo a colleague stayed in. Still cheaper (and more space) than conference hotel.

Nice Location, Nice Place
The property is clean and fairly well stocked. Would suggest a kettle for boiling water. While we were there, one of the smoke detectors begin chirping a low battery notification in the middle of the night. Suggest the maintenance crew swaps out the batteries in the smoke detectors each time there's a time change. All in all, it's a great place to stay at an excellent price.

Family adventure
The property was nice, extremely clean and staff were very easy to get in contact with if we had a question. We like to book houses/condos so we can cook our own meals and wash clothes if needed. The cooking pans, utensils, etc. were poor quality and difficult to use (one pan is very warped), but usable, the washer/dryer worked great! The beds were comfortable and the TVs were nice. Overall, a great place to come back to after a day at the parks!

Property was exactly as advertised. The pool and other amenities were under construction, so that was disappointing. The location is excellent. There is a Publix shopping center with several restaurants. Easy access to groceries and take out.

Work Trip
I’m giving this an overall 2 star because the check out process has been horrible. We didn’t get our refundable deposit back and we don’t know why. We checked out 20 days ago. I have contacted the property multiple times and VRBO. I keep being told they will send a report. But we have yet to see anything. I have traveled often with vacation rentals and have never experienced anything like this. This would have been a 5-star experience based off of everything else. But the check out process has been a nightmare. Will never stay at this property again.

We love Vista Cay
This was our second time staying here. There is so much to do and the place is like a resort hotel. The pools and hot tub are great. The big pool has full service bar and the condo’s have everything you need to make the stay comfortable. We will absolutely be back again!

Perfect location
Overall great experience loved the location & near grocery store. I gave it a 4 star because the unit had a clean smell yet humid smell as well when we 1st walked in due to the ac turned off and it kinda over powered the fresh scent. The master bedroom top sheet was slightly stained, the master bathroom sink was clogged, the surface light on the microwave didn't work at all and the toaster was weird that not all 4 slices worked at the same time. They did offer to fix these during my stay but didn't want anyone entering while we were out so we just adapted. I appreciate that there was hand soaps & toiletries to begin with. However, every location I have stayed offered 2 rolls of toilet paper & enough trash bags and this one didn't. It was inconvenient to purchase a whole set of bags & have to travel with them. So we used what we had plus our own grocery bags. Other than those few things, we really enjoyed the place and I would rent again. Like I said, the location is perfect for us and we travel to Universal a few times a year. Thank you!

Wonderful Getaway
Exactly as described, GREAT location, central to everything yet quietly tucked away. Next door is a grocery store with a few other places attached which was very convenient. Nice view of the lake and associated wildlife. Parking was no issue, coming and going at all times. EV charger just outside the building if needed. Check-in process was super easy, no contact required. The unit was maintained to a very high standard. Wonderful, convenient, clean. Zero complaints. Cant wait to come back for more!
