Great condo
We had a very comfortable stay here. Management was extremely responsive. Check in process was super. A couple of issues in the unit but it didn’t affect our stay, and management were right on top of it, even with the holidays.

Excellent location for a Disney vacation
Wonderful apartment with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer—perfect after a day at the parks. Comfortable beds, and great outdoor spaces for pets. The WiFi didn’t work during our stay, but they offered to fix it. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Highly recommend
Highly recommend this condo on Paradox Circle. The 2 bed / 2 bath is spacious and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the cotton sheets. The first floor location made it easy to take our dog out for multiple daily walks on the trails throughout the complex. The complex felt secure and was in a great location with many restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I will stay here again.

The location was easy to get to with stores around, but I was very disappointed at the cleanliness. Hair on bedding and toilets, food on the floor, patio door is impossible to open, definitely not what I was expecting. Friends stayed at another unit which was pristine, maybe time for a few cleaning crew. We left a night early.

Very nice condo just as Draco ed in listing
Check-in process was very easy. Arrived at the condo at 4 pm and we were able to get in with no trouble. The condo appears newly renovated and very clean. Kitchen, living room, and dinning room are large and very nicely decorated as seen in the listing. The patio has a nice view of the lake. We had our golden retriever with us and the complex has great walking trails to walk your dog with lots of grass. The ground level room was also made it easy staying with a dog. The resort pool and lazy river was great and there was another large more quiet pool nearby as well. Family of four all enjoyed this condo and highly recommend staying here.

Check in listed as 4 we drove so we got there about an hour early…. Tried to see if they could let us in as it is very hot in Orlando this time of year but they wanted to charge $75 to come in an hour early. We understand early check in is not possible but an hour early does not seem to be too much to ask. Otherwise great place. Thank you

Great place
Overall great place! Clean with the exception of the outside furniture which was dirty just from the elements and hadn’t been cleaned in a while from the looks of it. Very little in the way of basics in a kitchen (no sugar, S&P, coffee etc), also only 2 large plates to use (we made it work with the kids all using small plates and just filling up multiple times). Front Outside was covered in spider webs and nets or eggs around the front of the building. That did make it feel less than desirable but inside was clean and never saw any bugs. Overall it was a great place and location. Took the golf cart transportation to target (you could walk and get there in 20 mins). Walked to strip malls and to helicopter rides just a 30 min walk which was nice to do. Would consider booking again!

I am disappointed that the house is not well dusted especially the light and fans. More so, only one trash bag was given also, the remote to the TV can only increase volume but could not change to different channels.

Overall, we love this property. It was clean and the interior design of this place is lovely. The only downside is they don't provide pool towels, salt, peppers, sugars. Just the basic need so if you plan to cook or go to the pools be prepare and grab those things first. The pools and lazy river is not onsite, it is like 1 mile down the street and you can't not bring outside food or drink in. Wish I know ahead so we don't waste our time packing. The clubhouse there has kaya rental and an outside bar, lot of lounge chairs but limited umbrella so be sure to go there early. The kids love the Splashing zone and lazy river. Overall, we would come back again some day.

Vacations from the 7th to the 18th 2023
We just enjoyed 11 day’s at the site and it was great! Thé condo was very clean and welcoming. Everything was where it was supposed to be. We would of liked to see more plates though. And the balcony was not appealing since the cushins where somewhat fungy. Keep is that in mind, we would not hesitate going back at the Kisseemee condo when we are visiting Orlando. Best regards. Surprisingly Fantastic
I am very big on a rental being clean and this place was above CLEAN! Wow! The checkin process was flawless and the communication with the owner was spot on. Dogs were allowed which was amazing except the property did not have doggie waste stations close by. I also have to give 1 little ding as I expected coffee with the amenities. No biggie! I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Family Vacation
This place was nice. The facilities were nice as well the only thing that wasn’t the best was the gym didn’t open until 9am. When it came to the room everything was nice maybe a little too nice for a family with little kids I was afraid something would get broken. The kitchen was supplied with some cooking utensils but definitely not enough plates for a larger group. The worst part overall was that I called in a maintenance request for the dryer and the people never showed up.

This was an awesome stay for us! Clean and good sized for a family of 5! Fairly close to Universal/Disney and much more affordable than the resorts right by the parks! The club house pools and lazy river were super nice! I would definitely stay here again!

Worst experience with a rental. This place had stains and many types of hair all over the sheets and pillows. It felt disgusting staying here. We contacted them multiple times to come and change the sheets, even after a day after them saying they would come, nothing was changed. Other than that, everything else was fine. But a dirty bed on vacation is unacceptable.
