Nuestra casa con aire acondicionado y una gran piscina y spa (el calor de la piscina y el spa es un extra opcional que se puede agregar a pedido) tiene capacidad para 10 y se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo. A solo minutos de Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World y todas las comodidades y atracciones de la zona, y ofrece fácil acceso a la Interestatal y las hermosas playas de la costa oeste.

La villa goza de una posición muy tranquila con una gran piscina y spa. La piscina se puede iluminar y tiene una gran variedad de muebles para comer al aire libre en la terraza y una barbacoa. Alarma de seguridad para niños instalada en la puerta de la piscina.
Equipada con un alto nivel y totalmente equipada, la casa tiene capacidad para 10 personas en cinco habitaciones. La casa tiene 2270 pies cuadrados de espacio abierto con aire acondicionado y techos abovedados.
TV de alta definición con pantalla grande, DVD y películas, X Box y juegos, CD y selección de música, selección de juguetes e inflables para la piscina. Internet inalámbrico gratis.
El dormitorio principal con cama King tiene TV de alta definición y DVD y un gran baño en suite y ducha con vestidor. Un segundo dormitorio Queen tiene televisión de alta definición y un cuarto de baño contiguo. Un tercer dormitorio Queen tiene televisión de alta definición y comparte un cuarto de baño / ducha familiar con dos habitaciones dobles. Una de las habitaciones dobles también tiene televisión por cable.
La casa está totalmente equipada con cuna, cuna de viaje, secador de pelo y trona para uso de los huéspedes.

Fantastic Location and property
This is exactly as advertised. Great location with solid communal spaces, comfortable beds and adequate kitchen setup for the space. The pool is very nice, stayed warm even through the atypically cold snap that we were visiting. I would strongly recommend the space for families and friend groups especially with teenage children as the game room is awesome. Will stay again.

The house was fine. It could use a little updating and tlc. Some off the towels and bedding were wore. There were no spices, condiments or shampoo, basically you had to supply everything you need for the week. I've never stayed anywhere where nothing was provided. The pool was nice and the heat worked great. The only issue with the pool is the sun never hits it in December, the house blocks it. Overall everything was fine

Perfect for us
I didn't have any problems with check in or otherwise. This place was a little less expensive as decorations haven't been updated. But I appreciate that it was cost efficient. The sheets on the king bed were so nice. Plenty of towels but could have more wash cloths. Plenty of hot water for the three bathrooms. Nothing to complain about.

The house its self was just what we expected. The house next door on the other hand was uninhabited, the back yard pool area was disgusting , pool was full of green slime and water which was taken over by frogs etc ,noise was fairly loud. Behind the house is a field/park where they were having practises and games during weekend, so it was very loud starting at 8:00 in the morning with the bands that accompanied the teams, music and yelling. During the weeks it was relatively quiet.

Overall, this was a wonderful property to stay at. Jackie communicated promptly and was great to deal with. The location is close to Orlando but far enough out that we could avoid the heavy traffic in the Orlando area which is a big plus! I think the main concern we had was that the listing should note right next to info about the pool that there were no handrails to assist getting into the pool. One of our party was unable to use the pool due to that. I do want to clarify other similar listings didn't either. We have learned to ask ourselves before booking. This is not a bad reflection on Jackie's part. Just something we learned.

We were a family of 7 adults who stayed in this house for 2 weeks and we were very comfortable with the amount of space. We paid for pool heating and the pool was warm on arrival. The checkin was extremely simple, we were met with basic essentials and with a number of supermarkets in close proximity it was very comfortable from the get go. Any questions we had, Jackie answered promptly. We would be happy to come back and stay again.

Holiday of a lifetime
This property was perfect in every aspect with all facillities available to us from the minute we arrived to the day we left. The check in process was excelent and the communication with Jacky was perfect. everything about the house was wonderful. The games room contained everything you could wish for including bike and strollers for the kids. We enjoyed our trips out to Anna Maria Island and to Winter Park on the Sun rail, both outstanding. We would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.

Great location
The house is located in a great location. I would suggest if you are traveling with babies/ toddlers bring a baby gate. The pool was nice but took 3 days to actually heat up all the way. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice home but wouldn't stay again
As I write this review, I have no idea what the owner put on their review of me. The home is very nice and was very clean. We decided to leave early due to an electrical problem directly behind the property that was scaring the younger children. We in no way left this home in a mess. The owner will state otherwise and claim that double cleaning of the house and pool were needed and claim that the pool was used for a toilet. When we left the home there was no power, so we couldn't vacuum, there was only a broom, no mop was there or i would have mopped. If the description still says that there is a grill, that is not true, they tell you that you can call and rent one from anywhere from 100.00 to 500.00 which is ridiculous. I'm not going to bad mouth the owner although I'm sure she did me and my family. But God knows the truth. I hope she understands that. Thank you

Love Davenport
We have stayed in Davenport many times. Love the area. Check in process was easy. House was a nice size. We were a group of 3 adults 3 kids. Everyone had their own room and 3 baths was nice. Pool area was clean however where the loungers are you did not get any sun. Pool was a great temp as we paid for heating. We really wish the community Pool was open as we love sunbathing and community pools are great for that. Plenty of dishes and towels however not many face clothes. Do small loads of laundry as dryer takes a lot of time to dry. Evening Pool tournaments was a lot of fun with the teens. Overall, great stay. Thank you Jackie
