We had an enjoyable stay, but there were dirty underwear on the porch when we arrived. It was also extremely hot upstairs. Nothing to ruin our time but slightly off setting

We absolutely fell in love with this home the first moment we stepped through the door. Absolutely beautiful and communication was A+++ Great location. Peaceful and Quiet. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms! Definitely would return!

Disappointing
This trip was my fifth to Orlando and my second stay at Bella Vida Resort, and I am sorry to say that this property was the least maintated of them all. I chose this property as location wise it is very good, and large enough to fit a large group. Pro's - Both the owner and property manager were very quick to respond and resolve any issues we had, despite it being a holiday weekend. 10/10 Con's - Unfortunately too much to list. Main con was the pool area, it is definitely not as shown in the pictures. It was very old,not clean, not maintained and the furniture was very old and had stained the flooring. Kitchen also is not equipped for the large groups, not enough large pans, no extra's no thought for convenience. Geneally, the property is old. I would not stay here again, and i honestly think if the property is not updated and maintained that they will lose guests to the newer resorts being built all around.

Disappointed
Overall the house is nice community is an 10, but I paid for heating pool that didn’t never get warm, no cleaning supplies to clean the house. The family room tv didn’t work the entire stay. The pool needed to be refill, 2 bed was broke very disappointed about the heating pool I paid $100 for two nights they didn’t put in I had to pay for the pool until I arrived then they told it take 20/24 hrs for it to heat that was an disappointment really want an portion refund my family was very disappointed

Could be a 5star property
Spacious property for a large group. Good beds and linens and major appliances work well including AC and pool heater .Location is great for all the attractions . The pool area however is dilapidated with broken top screen panels, rusted furniture and mould on the side screen panels . The front door sticks badly when unlocked . Bedroom 2 shower floor grout has ingrained black mould and needs replacing . Daniel. Is a responsive host,but needs to authorise his property managers to attend to the items which prevent his property from being worthy of 5 stars ,which it could easily be. Our family test on rentals is “would be rent it again”. As it is now, sadly the answer has to be no .

Okay, we were very excited to rent this home. Had family coming from all over US for our trip to Epcot. Loved the gas grill in the photo and that the home had a garage and it was spacious. We said this is the one! When we arrived we were unable to use garage even though it stated to utilize the garage. When asked where else to park. Got ignored. Brought a big piece of meat to cook on the gas grill. Only when we arrived there was no gas grill on site. The “hoa changed the rules on gas grills” but all neighbors were using gas grills. There was roaches everywhere. Apart from those discrepancies everything else went absolutely great. Just minor updates to the property listing need to be updated for future renters.

Great potential
This house has a lot of upside, but there were enough things that made the stay only okay but for some might say this wouldn't work for them. One of the rules on the list to do when leaving is leave the bedding on the bed. Well we found makeup, hair, crumbs, hair comb and other things in most of the bedding which tells us they weren't changed/washed between stays. There were glue boards on the kitchen floor in the open and full of bugs. three showers had mold, and a toilet didn't work in one of the bathrooms. There were plenty of tv's but only a couple would work. Wifi would connect but nobody's I-phones or tablets would work. They all said no connection when trying to get to the internet. I find this to be a little humorous. On the last night I gathered the trash and took out to the bench looking container in the front yard and lifted the lid and a racoon jumped out, and ran off. I put the trash in and shut the lid, but needed to pick up the yard the next morning because he came back. With a thorough cleaning and some touchup and repairs (much needed) this would be a good option for the location with lots of room. We did do the heated pool and it worked out very well.

The pros and cons
We stayed in this house the last week of May. Spacious house with a great location. It is a few minutes from Walmart and many other stores. It is only 15 minutes from Disney world theme parks. Those were the pros now for the cons. When we arrived at the house we had no cable and soon thereafter no internet. To make matters worse cell phone reception is spotty in the house especially on the second floor. Some in our group were working and studying remotely, so internet service was a must. To be fair there were storms in the area that disrupted service. When something like this happens it should be handled by the owner/property manager but instead I was told to contact the cable company with little information, while on vacation. After several attempts and finally waiting for over an hour to reach technical support with the cable company I gave up. We got internet a few days later but never got cable tv during our stay. There is no gas BBQ unlike the one in the picture of the house. There is a small charcoal BBQ in the garage. The pool has poor circulation and green algae was noticed on the sides. The pans in the kitchen are old and scratched. Finally the house is a bit dated.The property has a lot of potential if only some TLC was invested into it. Bottom line, great location. If nothing breaks you may have a good stay but if anything goes wrong you will get little to no support

Great property for a larger family
The property was large enough for our extended family. There were enough kitchen amenities and ample beds. The pool area is shaded due to the foliage at the back of the house so if you require shade after a long day in the sun this will work for you. The only minor comment / room for improvement required, is the patio furniture is uncomfortable and showing it’s signs of age so it could do with replacing.

All together a pleasant stay!!!!!!
The house was spacious and commodious with enough rooms and beds for everyone. The pool area was nice and the pool itself had to be cleaned but after was fun to use. Everything in the house was great except for the cooking pans and pots supplied in the kitchen. The nonstick pans were scratched, and the paint was completely coming off making them unusable. Other than that the place was beautiful with most commodities given such as soap and towels. Honestly, this place would be a great stay for a large group of guests or more than one family.

Clean and Spacious property delivered as advertised!!!
Property is clean, updated, and spacious. Owners were quite responsive in that they answered every question we had in a very timely manner. The place was just as described in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this property most especially for large families.
