A mixed review
We had a good holiday in Orlando but unfortunately due to the construction works outside of the pool area (NO FAULT OF THE OWNER) the villa experience was very bad mainly because of that.
The Good:
The villa is in a handy location, with Starbucks, a supermarket very close by, literally seconds in the car and plenty of other shops and restaurants within minutes.
The property is a good size for 4-6 guests and is on a residential area. Its not gated but felt safe.
The villa was stocked up more than adequately with crockery etc and there were plenty of spare sheets etc. The washing machine and dryer were very handy.
It took mostly 30 mins to get to the parks due to the constant traffic on the busy roads, but this was fine.
The not so good:
The construction works were not the fault of the owner, however, we feel that the option to move out because it was so noisy and disruptive wasn't actioned properly meaning we had to stay.
The villa was clean with the exception of the pool area which wasnt too clean in or around, the furniture was old and in need of updating.
The villa itself is nice and the owners have made it homely but it is tired in places, the small kids room had no air con (vent is there it just doesnt work), just an industrial noisy fan which you couldn't keep on.
The pool area is metres from a very busy road which might be an issue for some if you want quiet but it was OK when you got used to it.
Its a good option for the price - maybe a bit expensive overall.
