Pretty house poor customer service
Swimming poolnot ckwan when we arrived. Called Vacassa that day and the next. Spoke with them by phone or text everyday. Was told each day that someone would come and address the issue, and that they eould also contact me by phone. Kept staying they see a ticket for my complaint but nothing wasdone until after 3pm on our last day. Pool was shocked and we were informed rhat no one requested a maintenance call he (the pool guy) was there for his routine cleaning. He stated that this is a compliment he hears about Vacassa. I believe they didn't want to pY fir the extra visit so they decided to do nothing. The pool will be eeady for the next guest. Also he used a color coloring in the pool. I wonder about the safty of that.
Small issues were a draw with no bottom ,a bean bag chair with a hole in it, and a hole in the screen surrounding the pool area.
This family vacation was to celebrate a great school year. The biggest reason for choosing this house was the pool, and game room. I still have not heard from Vacassa about any compensation for not providing what I paid fir. Of course I was told they would call me back with a resolution that day it didn't happen and still hasn't. Our kids git to hear kids in some of the other homes laughing and enjoying their pools, playing marco polo etc.
That made is worst.
