Cliff Notes: Just avoid staying here. It was covered in mold, run down, different than the pictures, and disgusting.
FULL Review: The condition of the property was far below expectations. The shower head was not just dirty, it was completely filthy and in desperate need of replacement. There was visible mold on both the bathroom ceiling and the shower handle. The handle itself was improperly installed—turning it to cold produced warm water, and vice versa. It was also evident that the vents hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, which added to the overall sense of neglect.
Throughout the property, we encountered several cleanliness issues. The stairs were covered in dust and debris, clearly in need of a thorough vacuuming. The curtains, which hadn’t been washed in what seemed like ages, were stained and dingy. Even the bedsheets had noticeable stains, and there was grime on the walls throughout the space.
The patio, missing several decor items, also had different furniture than what was advertised. To make matters worse, the remote control was missing plates. On top of that, none of the TV remotes worked.
The closet doors were covered in filth, and the cabinet in the kitchen+bathroom were visibly falling apart due to water damage. The cherry on top was AFTER images and a complaint were sent to the manager, they haven't responded.
Management also decided to put gory decor ALL over the property and my infant was terrified. The decor was also in the kid area.
