We had an amazing time at Windsor resorts. My family and I have been coming down to Florida for the last 8 years and Windsor by far has been our favorite place to stay. This particular condo was nicely updated and was conveniently located to just about every amenity imaginable.

Excellent unit and location
This unit was in a great location for accessing Disney and other recreational areas. The community was very clean and the pool area great for small children. The condo itself was clean and quiet and had all the amenities I needed for the 8 days I was there.

Great place to stay!
Convenient to everything! Checked in on Christmas Day, had questions and did not expect a reply from the property management for a few days, and they replied immediately on Christmas Day and helped me with what I needed. Very roomy, clean, everything worked. I highly recommend!

Family vacation
Having stayed at many different holiday rentals in Florida over the years I have to say we have definitely found a winner with this one. The location is amazing, so quick to get to the gates of Disney and many different restaurants on our doorstep. We used the swimming pool and it was loved by everyone, lovely to have it heated too. The Condo had everything we required, and although we were out all day, it was lovely to come back to somewhere clean and homely. The gated community made us feel really safe. And the communication with the owners and rental management company was really good. Would definitely return and hope to come back really soon.

Nice place, lacking in some areas but great in others
Nice home, nice counter tops.. kids beds were not very sturdy and living room table is about to fall into pieces. Roku TVs, remotes missing batteries. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Cookware limited and cheap, a griddle and some storage containers would be nice. Coffee pot basic, keurig out be great. Balcony dangerous, rips in screen and missing poles.. with effort a child could fall. Sliding door to balcony very difficult to open. King bed comfortable, extra pillows would be great. There is an air mattress, pack and play, 2 strollers, highchair, and bouncer. No beach towels; we left some beach toys and kitchen supplies like trash bags, baggies, paper towels, etc.. there wasn’t a single item left from previous guests in the kitchen. Hopefully ours stay and can be used.. also left unopened snacks and coffee, beer, juice. No ice maker but trays, no detergent for washer but 2 sets for dishwasher. Nice washer and dryer in unit. Top floor, walking distance to pool but we drove every time. Pool miserably COLD! Play Parks have no parking at them. Close to Disney but the Disney traffic is Horrendous if you try to go anywhere. Walmart Nesr by and lots of restaurants. IHOP was amazing, Chick-fil-A Dash McDonald’s – Hooters we’re all pretty poor quality and service.

False advertising and dissapointing
The pictures looked beautiful, but reality did not live up. The master bed was a disaster. The bed had a giant divet down the middle of the bed, so you and your partner get to spend the entire night sliding into each other. The matress is terribly uncomfortable on it's own, and the massive dent only makes it worse. The doors to the furnace were caked in dust, so the cleanliness of the entire unit was suspect after that. The property manager seemed perplexed we wanted it cleaned. We asked for a crib to be in the unit, it wasn't there and we had to call for it. Definitely what you want after a day of travel with a toddler. And to top it off, there are signs throughout the unit reminding you that if you abscond with their precious towels, you would be slapped with a fee...for their stained, frayed, obviously WalMart special towels...I didn't want the towels, but a bunch of signs threatening additional fees is such silliness. Oh; also a broken entertainment center, dented doors, a dozen remotes and no list if what remote does what, dated everything, missing blinds, and just an overall lack of care by the owner. Stay in a different unit.

The process was easy. I think the unit could use some updating. The master bedrooms bed is old and sagging in the middle which made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The sheets should be replaced as they were pills we ended up buying our own sheets and placing them on top of the bed. But the management was great, the pool is fantastic and the grounds are well kept.we would definitely come back I think I might pick a more updated unit next time.

This was the best. Pool was AMAZING Enjoyed home conviences during our sports tournament. Would have enjoyed better linens on the bed - but that was a small discomfort. Next time we will be sure to pick a first floor -hubs' bad knees.were screaming.

Great Location!
Great location, clean, had everything we needed. A few things could use some updates for comfort. Beds were not the most comfortable. Need some good patio furniture, had just a few chairs (not comfortable) so could not take advantage of the patio. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.
