Volleyball tournament
The floor plan and design of the condo was very nice. We had two adults and two teens. Plenty of space. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness in some areas (baseboards, walls, etc..). We were not able to use the kitchen because of small ants. We could not place anything on kitchen countertops. The ants were on the walls, sink, stove top, in drawers and small appliances. We kept all non perishables on dining table. I was on the phone or texting with management daily. I was told someone would be in to spray, and then they would not show up. This happened for several days. Finally on day four someone came to spray for bugs. It was a bit of an overkill, no pun intended. However, when we walked into the condo we were immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of menthol. It was so strong and was very uncomfortable. No ventilation, and it did not kill the ants. I was told we would not receive any type of refund. It was a huge inconvenience. We could not prepare any food in the condo.
Also, there are still large stains on the ceiling in the bathroom that have not been taken care of. The pillows need replaced. Some were smelly and others were very flat. We were disappointed with the limited towels and NO wash cloths. To us this seemed really silly considering we had to wash the towels before we left. We also thought it odd leaving garbage in bins in the hallway. Surprised there want a trash shoot or some other less smelly way to collect garbage.
