Disney who?
The place was clean and spacious. We had seven total 4 adults, a teen, and two under 10. Why my title? Well my 7 and 5 year old chose the resort pool area over going to Disney. Saved me a ton of money. Advice for pool get there early it gets packed if you need a seat. I have only 2 complaints and they are the only reason it did not get 5 stars. 1- the master king bed, boy that thing was rough felt like laying on the box spring with a mattress pad on it. 2- kids bedroom with bunks the fan/ light was noisy and you needed the fan because recommended ac temp could not be below 75 and we sleep cool and with fans. I understand temp thing we live in South to and you'll burn a unit up quick.

Excellent, Spacious, Great Location
Wow, wow, wow! This property exceeded my expectations! We have stayed at several different properties in Windsor Hills before and this is the best one by far. Extremely clean, great communication with property owner, very close to the pool (maybe 3 minute walk) and about a 10 minute walk to the community playground. The unit included lots of little “extras” that I wasn’t expecting, but that made the stay even better, like nightlights, cozy blankets/throws in each room, a step stool for kids in the second bathroom, pack and play, stroller, toy box, kids dishes, etc. The unit was immaculate; even the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were perfectly organized. Being in a ground floor unit was so nice, especially with kids. We had our 3 children with us, ages 6, 2, and 2 months, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The drive to Disney was about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Walmart is right down the street and there are lots of restaurants nearby as well. Fantastic property; would definitely stay here again!

Christmas 2023
The location of the property was excellent... a short 1 minute walk to the main pool and clubhouse! It was also close to Disney - no more than a 15 minute drive to any of the parks. The property was well maintained overall, and although it could use some upgrading in the kitchen and washrooms, it was very clean. Check in was easy and the information provided before the stay was easy to follow and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and amenities
This condo was great for our Disney trip. Only took us about 10 minutes to Disney and other parks. The pool and water slides were great to have and my children loved them. Will stay here again!

Great location!
Loved how close it was to Disney parks without the cost of on property resorts. Amazing pool area that the kids loved! Would definitely stay here again! Could easily get groceries delivered from nearby Walmart. Plenty to do for the kids on the off park days! Thanks for letting us stay!

Great 3 day stay while going to Disney
Was a great place to stay for a family going to Disney , the 1st floor was great for unloading and access . The pool was awesome even though we only got to go for 1 day . Nice place with plenty of room . Security seemed very secure and felt safe . Thanks

So great!
It felt like home away from home! The kitchen had everything we needed, the unit was clean and comfortable, having a washer and dryer was a game changer when travelling with a large family. We loved the pool, which was across the street. My family enjoyed the games room as well. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was awesome, just a short drive to Disney parks and Walmart is right up the street, as well as so many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed every minute.

Great Location and Pool
This property was perfect for kids and Disney. The pool was great afternoon entertainment for tired kids after days at the parks. Took us around 30 minutes a day to get from property to front gate of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom.

Disney Stay
This was the perfect spot. Just minutes away from Disney, Wal Mart and restaurants. Very quite area. Walking distance from the pool and water park. Contact, check in was very easy. This was our first visit to Orlando and I didn't know the area but this turned out to be the best spot. It definitely didn't disappoint.

Great location for family vacation
As we walked into the the front door I was pleasantly surprised by how big the property was. The pictures doesn't show how big the living area is. The unit was super clean and very well equipped. Since there are always room for improvement I would mention that in one room the dresser took too much space and didn't allow easy access to one side of the bed. Please note that the community pool temperature at the Windsor Hills is on the lower side of things and the water slide water is probably not heated at all. I would book this unit again in a heart beat.

Excellent location. Poor management.
The property is perfectly located right off Disney property. Unit is nice, but when I reported some irregularities to the manager I was verbally attacked. The unit’s air conditioner had NO FILTER and was loaded with dust and dirt from months of neglect. A light fixture didn’t work. The door handle to the patio was broken off. I courteously reported this to management so that it could be addressed. I was accused of seeking reasons for a refund and was told to find another place to stay. They then assumed I had already left a bad review. When I responded and told them this was not the case and I did not want a refund nor did I want to leave they did not respond.

Perfect Location
This was our third stay in Windsor Hills, but first time in a condo. It was perfect for our short 3 night stay. The only complaint is that the Queen bed in the smaller room is not very comfortable. If you like a very firm mattress it may be fine for you. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Place!
This is an awesome place to stay off property for Disney! The condo is very close to the pool and in a quiet community. The pool is heated and huge! The water park and splash pad are not, so not to enjoyable during late fall/winter months. All the parks are within 15 minutes and Disney Springs is 20 minutes. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the kids room has several toys for the pool and condo. There's a single umbrella stroller and play pen as well. Host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again :)

Excellent overall
We had a slight hiccup when entering the condo but the owner was extremely quick to respond and rectify the situation! It was a pleasant surprise at how fast he took care of the situation. The location was excellent to the amenities and to the surrounding area as well as very very close to the Disney parks! The beds are firm so we just purchased an egg crate mattress which solved that for us, although that is a personal liking and not a knock on the condo. We will not hesitate in the future to stay here again. Over all very excellent!!!
