Very nice patio and view
We loved the large patio, it was very peaceful place to read, play games, hang out. House was large and plenty of room for us. There is a playground by the clubhouse that we used as well Host was very nice and communicated well.

Fun long weekend getaway
We planned a long weekend trip to Disney from New Orleans for 7 family members and friends. The house was perfect for our group - lots of space for family time and privacy when needed. The house was in wonderful condition and very comfortable. Kevin was very responsive to our communication and he made sure we had all the information we needed for a relaxing stay. I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again for future stays.

Just everything you coupd wish for!
We have just returned from our Florida holiday and had an amazing week in Kevin and Tonia villa. There were 2 families in our party with teenage boys. The house was a perfect size with the 5 bedrooms and ensuites. The pool area was a great space to relax and kept the boys entertained when we were having down time from the parks and exploring the surrounding areas. This villa is tastefully decorated and has all the kitchen gadgets/ crockery/pots and pans you could wish for, plus the outside kitchen / bbq area. I would recommend this villa, its centrally located, great value for money and Kevin and Tonia are the perfect hosts, with very quick responses to any questions you have along the way. Thank you for our enjoyable stay!

An absolute Joy staying at this property
House was very well maintained, clean lots to do on your downtime as far as entertainment goes knowledge was all kept in a binder for troubleshooting or any issues property owners were nice well-mannered very helpful and wonderful to work with property was also in a gated community and was just absolutely amazing I highly recommend for anyone looking for vacation house to stay at this is the place.

Nice Property
The house was great. We had no issues. There are some things that could use a little TLC, but hey I know the drill, this is a rental property, that's the way things go. Kevin and Tonya could not have have been easier to work with, communication was great. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. The family enjoyed the stay. It is very close to the entry gate, making it a breeze to get in and out, and the people at the security gate were super friendly.

Amazing Month Long Vacation
Location is absolutely perfect and having the gated community where you have security 24/7 is fantastic. Access to the house was simple. The house itself is spacious and we all loved the flow of decor (colour) in the open concept of the kitchen and living room area. We did have a few issues arise during our stay for the month, one being we could not use the hot tub/spa nor pool for the first 5 days but the owner was very quick to respond and it does take time to get things fixed. We fully understood that things do happen when renting and need to be fixed and constantly upgraded but these issues did not stop us from enjoying the pool and spa once it was fixed. Our friends and family especially our grandchildren shared so many laughs and memories with us. We are hoping to come back again for another month during 2026.

Family Christmas Trip
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The heated hot tub and pool were an added plus after long days walking around the parks. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room, my youngest son was able to have his own room, which was nice because he is usually the one who has to sleep on the couch lol Thank you for making this family vacation even more special 😊

Golf Trip
As a group of retired aviation executives we have done this annual golf trip for 20 years. This property ranks as one of the best we have found. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, we will certainly consider renting it again.

Great stay!
This house was wonderful. It is a nice gated community that was very thorough when checking into the neighborhood. The house was very nice, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we would need which was great. The outside was very clean and well kept. The pool was gorgeous and they also has pool towels for us to use which was also great. The only issue we had was with the temperature of the house. Unfortunately we are VERY hot sleepers, so this was kind of a struggle for us. This would not deter me from staying here again, I would just bring a portable fan for next time. The location was great for us for both disney and universal. Our host was also amazing. He was very responsive and great to work with.

Great villa
The villa was perfect, my family and I had the most fantastic time in your home, we could not fault anything and glad we heated the hot tub as was a great place to be after being in the parks all day, would love to return to this villa again in the near future. Kevin was a dream to deal with all the way through the booking process. The only downside was the villa requires a little tender loving care. From the Reed family, Newmarket UK 9-16 July 23

There were cockroaches in the kitchen but when i told the owner he offered to send someone out same day to exterminate (its florida we understand theres gonna be bugs). Would 1000% book again!

Amazing Memories Made
This beautiful house provided wonderful space for our large family to comfortably enjoy time together, and much needed relaxation. The neighborhood was safe, welcoming and perfect for daily walks. The house being located just inside the gate made exit/entry a breeze. It is also conveniently located close to attractions and stores for every day necessities. (Yes, there is Florida traffic, but if you use an app that provides traffic info, travel time to and from attractions was not bad at all.) The entire enclosed pool area was spacious and provided enough seating for nightly dinners outside, without having to worry about mosquitoes or other bothersome insects. Having a code for entry was also a positive, in not having to worry about keeping track of keys. Kevin was a wonderful host and he was extremely quick and responsive to all of my questions. Thank you for allowing our family to spend time in your amazing home!

Good location, comfortable stay
We only had a 4 night stay in this property, it was very comfortable and well equipped although some areas require some TLC. The property is a little tired of which some areas I did pout out to the owner during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent from booking through to stay.

We have never been to Florida before. The house was amazing, location was amazing, our kids enjoyed the pool, spa and games room. We were close to everything we wanted to do. All around awesome experience.

Disappointed
No code to get into house till 12 hours before arrival. Owner said he was having a bad day. We overlooked the garbage that sat on the curb for 5 days. Not surprising we saw rats and racoons, overlooked broken microwave handle couch ripped and stained, banister loose, kitchen cabinet door laying on floor, stains and burn marks on carpet, burnt out lights in showers, and broken closet door. 2 services men stopped looked at broken microwave and broken faucet never fixed anything and left. One even tried to get a $100.00 service call fee. At least 10 workers on burned house next door pounding every day from 7:30 am till 5:00 pm. The next day we get an email from owner saying we smoked in house(not true) and left the grill dirty (that we never used because it was filthy) and he would have to charge us. We have pictures of everything and sent them to owner but he said he never received them. We go on a Florida vacation every other year for the last 30 years and this place is not worth it. First time we ever got a complaint and we even had the cleaning fee returned once
