Need to let customer know there's no wash/body cloth to wash and no way to control the temperature in the home and it was cold. Was told that code will be e-mail to me to open the home and it wasn't. Use told the way of Communication was delay due to their system

Choose a different property for your vacation!!!!
The unit looks exactly like the photos. But the cleanliness of the unit was extremely poor. The master bedroom had trash in the bathroom trashcan from I assume the previous tenants. The shower curtain and liner has pink and brown stains on it like it has not been changed in a year. Absolutely gross! We had 8 guests and 8 towels and wash clothes were not provided so we had to purchase our own since we arrived to the unit too late for anyone to respond to us. I assume some of their property dishwashers do not work because ours and another renters that we met outside said theirs also did not work. Even after flipping the breaker there was no luck. To top it all off the Air Conditioner failed in 100 degree weather that we had to sleep in. They couldn’t send their AC technician until the next day who did not knock!! The technician put in the code to the front door and just walked in!!! No announcement whatsoever! To have a stranger walk in the unit while my family and friends are in the unit is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! The entrance gates to the property also did not work properly. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and instead I received no response regarding that. The only good thing about this property is the water park !!

Disappointing
Layout of house was great but incredibly dirty with mold, mildew, dust and dirt everywhere. Would totally fire the cleaning company! Kitchen not well stocked at al, one dishwashing tablet for the 3 days just to find out on the last day that dishwasher didn’t actually work. Management company not very communicative and did nothing to improve situation. Checkin took more than 30 mins in a car line waiting to get in. Lazy river and rides were great, took 40mins to order drinks though, but staff were great.

DePaula Vacation Rental
The location was beautiful and convenient. The property itself had so much to offer. Our own little pool and a water park that we thoroughly enjoyed.. On the other side of the spectrum; the dishwasher didn’t work (I tried to contact vacation property with no response during our stay). There was very little line for showers or for doing the dishes. So we bought those. And the condo itself was nice but definitely could use better cleaning for sure. Overall good experience and we will return.

Family Disney Trip
The property size, location and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the private pool and the water park. The location was excellent as it was close to Disney, shopping and many restaurants. It was clean except I would recommend a good washing of the baseboards. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, and kitchen well supplied. My only concern was lack of information prior to our arrival, I tried to contact the management with some questions prior to our arriving and had great difficulty getting responses. In the end, a huge thanks to Erica who was able to get me assistance from Emma and get all my concerns answered. After our arrival I received lots of communication from them so not an issue. I would book this property again but not through VRBO because there were many hidden fees added on by them that were not included in the price of the property showing on their site. Overall a great property.

Disappointed
The positives- space, location, decor and some amenities. The negatives- the pool was full of algae and wasn’t fixed until our last day so we couldn’t enjoy it. House was t very clean. There are minimal amenities and lacked many things I’ve had in other VRBO’s, including kitchen stuff- most places encourage you to leave behind leftover things like trash bags, paper towel etc, so other guests can use them if want to. There was one roll (not even new) of toilet paper per bath and one (1/2 roll) of paper towels and one trash bag, There are only a handful of bath towels, no wash cloths or dish cloths. So, if you rent this place, certainly stock up on necessities before you get there. The most disappointing part is the lack of response and willingness to make the pool situation right for 5+ days. Still waiting…. We have a 10 year old who couldn’t use the pool except for our last day.

One of the rooms was covered with death flies!
One of the rooms was covered with death flies, and my toddler almost eat one as we arrived to the property, because we were expecting a clean house instead of a dithery one. There were also hairs inside the drawers and the furniture was dirty as well. The sad part, is that I tried to contact the property via phone, email and the website, and nobody responded. I cleaned the property, but it should be cleaned in the first place. It is a shame because the property and the location are great.

Dirty Property!
The pool was green with algae, the furniture was stained and dirty, and food debris was left in the dishwasher and sink (which smelled terrible) so we could not use the dishwasher. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home (especially considering the maid service/property management company left an envelope requesting a tip...). Our kids enjoyed the "waterpark" which was one of the reasons we decided to book. Having a private pool was the other reason, and it was disgusting. We will not be returning.

Orlando Family Vacation 2022
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. With the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was more than enough space so everyone could spread. The pool was a hit with my son and his bff. They spent hours in there!! We also enjoyed the community water park, pool and lazy river, even though our time there was cut short due to lightening and the storm that rolled in. Only a few issues, the drapes leading to the pool need to be cleaned. Not sure if it was operator error or not but I couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!💕

Very nice property in an excellent location but there are a lot of small issues
Beautiful building. Great location. The gates community was well kept and the included resort area was very nice to spend a down day or part of a down day. Our teenage daughters really enjoyed the resort water park. There were a lot of small issues with the place that if corrected would make the stay more enjoyable. The house could do with a deep cleaning. For example there was a lot of dust build up on the baseboards. The pool deck area could do with a deep clean. Lots of black on the floor as well as smoke/ spot stains behind where the bbq is placed. The patio furniture is very dirty - especially the cushions. We had a lot of trouble with the TV remote. Given the batteries are corroded they are likely week and need replacing. There was only one bath towel per person for the max occupancy, no facecloths and not enough pool towels for everyone. There was one cloth to wash dishes and no towels for drying. Also no oven mitt - so we had to go buy one. Most of the drinking glasses (plastic) are showing signs of age and cracking. Glass dishes and drinking glasses would be more pleasant as well as restocking cutlery (Only two small spoons). It would be worthwhile for property management to spend a couple nights there to get a feel for the small improvements that would make a big improvement to the experience. The pillows and mattresses were dirty to the point my wife called them discussing, and the main floor bed is extremely soft. New mattresses and pillows would go a long way. To end on a positive note, the AC system and controls worked very well.

The only issue we had was that the pool was not heated after requesting the pool heater be turned on 3 days prior...the pool was uncomfortably cool for the first 2 days...the house could use some minor touch on the drywall and trim..

Cleanliness
The good: great location, close to Disney and other attractions. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Unit was decorated nice, beds were comfortable. The bad, unit was very dirty, we had to clean for the first day and a half cleaning. The floors were sticky with dirt and required mopping, the water was brown with dirt. There were toe nail clippings all over the upstairs bathroom, the shower curtain was moldy and we had the change it, there was poop in the toilet and the toilet brush. The towels were all put away wet. The pool heater didn’t work and required service but by the time it was fixed we were spending the days in Disney with no plans to swim. The gate passes did not work and no body responded to the gate calls, we had to wait until someone exited then sneak in through the exit. I messaged the property manager about the cleanliness of the unit with no response, however they were responsive to other issues.
