Esta casa está situada en el prestigioso desarrollo de nuevos Champions Gate, cerca de Disney y de la Reunión y cerca de la autopista 27 y la autopista 192. Una unidad rápida de Disney (12 millas), y sólo unos pocos minutos de la Interestatal 4 para llegar a Universal, este es el punto de partida ideal para unas vacaciones de Orlando.

Stay at Champions Gate
The house itself is in great condition and in a great neighborhood. However, the property manager did not send the names of the guests to the front gate on time. We had to call the emergency line multiple times delaying our entry to the gated community, because the security was giving us a hard time. In addition, the property manager failed to mention that someone was coming to repair the AC unit in the garage. Also, there was no trash can, or bags in the kitchen. Otherwise the house is very clean and the rooms are comfortable.

A beautiful respite after having to evacuate our beach rental.
The property was beautiful and even better than the listing suggested. The oasis pool was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood vibe was great with young children to go on morning walks. We had a great time at this home. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house. I will say that we asked for early check in and this could have played into the home not being thoroughly cleaned. It was dusty and had some dirty tissues left u der beds. The linens also smelled dirty and had to be washed but the house was lovely otherwise. We would stay here again.

House was great for our large group. We all loved the pool area. Only problem was the game room, where the pool table was unplayable, cues had no tips, the air hockey table had no pucks and the fooseball table had no balls.

Great Property!
The property was as described. We had ease with check in, adding pool heat and adding my uncle as a guest for the day. The pool was beautiful and the house was big! A few small things were needing to be fixed but nothing major. We would definitely book this home again! I saw a few older questionable reviews but I’m very happy with our stay!

No complaints, great stay
This house was perfect for our family vacation. We’ve stayed in Champions Gate many times, this was one of our favorite homes. It’s very spacious. We had 4 adults and 6 children, there was more than enough room for everyone. Pool area was perfect and game room was a great addition. We would stay here again.

Great stay
We had a great stay. It was means my husband and 4 of my siblings and their spouses. All was good we just had a couple problems with the pool and the washing machine. Theses things had nothing to do with the house at all we loved the house and the problems we had could happen at any time it was just happened when we were there. The repair man didn't think anything was wrong with the washing machine he told us we didn't know how to run it. So that meant he didn't come back right away when we called so we had to wrong out our clothes by hand. This went on for almost a week. The pool heater busted a hose and was leaking water fast. They came right over within 10 minutes and shut the heater off and left so we had to fill the pool back up and they never come back to fix it for a few days and that was only when we had to call again. With this all said the house was great and would go back again it wasn't their fault things do break down and they answered every call we made it was the repair men that didn't want to come and I'd believe it was because it was a weekend.

Run!! Stay away!!!
We have reached out to VRBO, Andrew and Executive dept regarding our dissatisfaction, unsanitary, non access and broke or damaged items. We arrived Thursday night and noticed a blanket, broken chair and garbage outside of home we were next sent the access code to enter the home nor did we get a password for wifi. we had to call the emergency line to get the code for home. There was no proper instructions or info sent to use before we arrive. The heat is on on the 2nd level and A/C on 1st not able to adjust settings, The comforter and pillows has stains on them, he table were not cleaned, the bathroom shower and floors were not cleaned, we had to catch Walmart before it closed Thursday to buy sheets and pillows cases, bleach, lysol, tissue. There is no soap but the mini soap to wash hands or clean dishes with, no garbage bags, the refrigerator was not cleaned we had to clean it to put our beverages, snacks and leftover on it, the door handle to the refrigerator is broken, the rug in the living room had stuff on it and look dirty, im sure if the shower floors and the bathroom floor was cleaned the cleaner probably didn't clean the toilets properly we had to wipe those done, table outside by pool not clean had white debris and residue on it, stains are all over the chairs, door in the bathroom on 1st level has a whole in it, Foosball table and air hockey doesn't work there are broken chairs in garage. The lamps in two rooms did not work, in my room the dresser tops were not cleaned there black and gray marks and lines all over the walls throughout the house, there are closet doors off track, garbage can in kitchen has a dent in it. The movie projector doesnt work, some of the blinds on door and window are broke or hanging and I can go on and on... The main issues is this house being unsanitary, the lack of communication, discomfort, and not having toilet paper, garbage bags, soap for kitchen this not feeling like a home away from home, finding stains and not having clean tables and counter, beds, bathroom, refrigerator and kitchen. We are in a pandemic and so this was very disappointing. This is not right and this place should not be listed on vrbo under these conditions. Let me know if what pictures u want me to send you.

Second time staying in this house
This was our second time staying in this house 1538 moonvalley. The place is super clean and has plenty of rooms and bathroom for everyone. There where 6 adults staying here. The pool and spa where great after a long day in the parks. The pool and spa heat is well worth the money. As I have said this is a great place to stay and the management company

Everything from furniture, beds, utensils were of extremely poor quality.
Property was extremely poorly maintained. Inspite of various messages and phone calls we did not get any response. Will never ever go back again.

The place was awesome. It had all the important things available. There were a few small hindrances - 1) The key pad didn't work and we couldn't get a manager on the phone for two hours. 2) There were some light fixtures /switches throughout the house which did not work. 3) There should have been more detailed instructions on arrival- one of the gates had no access for "visitors" and it left us confused as to how we would get to the house. That gate has no directions or instructions. 4) The tv's/service were of course different than we have and there was no instruction on use. 5) The house also needs an upgrade on the water heater as he house is designed for 6 bedrooms but after three people took a bath or shower...…… the rest of us froze. With all this being said, my family and I would definitely stay there again and have recommended your company to several families already. Thanks for the memories.

Amazing Villa
The photos do not do this Villa justice! It is huge! It is very modern and contains all of the amenities you could require for a stay in the sunshine state. We had a brilliant time here and highly recommend it. The only con I have is the pool. We stayed for two weeks and the pool was not cleaned once. We tried our best with the pool net, but it ended up full of tiny flies. If they sent someone in once a week, that would help. Other than this, the villa is truly stunning, and fitting for a family or group of friends.

Great family home.
Great size home for my large family. Not enough towels for our family. I had to go buy towels for bathing. There are no pool towels. I would recommend bringing towels as this is very inconvenient. Previous homes in this complex provided more towels. When traveling it is hard to use space for towels in a suitcase. Great location to parks. Gated Community with its own shops in Champions Gates. Heated pool and hot tub were really enjoyable. We rented a crib, stroller and gas grill during our stay. The crib was scary looking and we did not use it. Would not recommend rental company for a crib. It would be nice if renters had cribs that were well cared for. This home did have a high chair that we cleaned up and used that was in the garage. The house was not very clean, babies got covered by dog hair from the living area rug and no one cleaned under the sofa at all prior to our arrival. I would recommend the home it is beautiful just a better cleaning company to care for it. Choose a different rental company or just buy what you need for your babies.

Great house for large groups
We had 10 people in our group and this house easily accommodated us all! Very spacious home. We weren’t home much so we didn’t cook any meals. House had plenty of dishes. House was a good central location for Disney, universal, and Busch gardens. Suggestions: pool towels, no one wants to have to bring pool towels in their luggage. Also beds are pretty squeaky,comfortable, but squeaky. Anytime someone moves you get woke up. More efficient process at the gate. Lanes aren’t clearly marked so several times after we received our pass visitors would get in the wrong lane and then try to back up once they got to the gate and realized they didn’t have a pass. Also updating the book would be nice in regards to garbage and recycling. Garbage pickup is every day and you leave the bags on the bench on the front porch. Not once a week in rubbish bins on the side of the house as the book states. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this house provided what we needed!

The property is clean, very nice, quite. The pool and spa are great. The pool beat and spa beat where great and so nice to sit in and relax at the end of the night after walking around the Disney parks all day. Very happy I chose this property.

I would definitely rebook this property
I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again, however, next time I would make sure to take a few things from my own kitchen. The kitchen is very minimally appointed. The home was very comfortable for our party of 11. The pool and hot tub were great. The air conditioning system kept the house very cool in mid-July. We waited until our last day to visit the community center and I wish we had gone every day. It’s fantastic for the kids. The property book definitely needs to be updated as we were given incorrect instructions. FYI… The garbage is picked up daily and is placed at the front door inside the plastic “bench’. It’s a genius concept, but we didn’t know about it because the book explains otherwise.
