Esta casa cuenta con más de 3.000 pies cuadrados + para usted y su familia para relajarse y descansar de largos días en el parque. Esta casa tiene un gran plan de piso abierto fácil para entretener a familias grandes, y grupos. La sala de estar cuenta con un montón de asientos alrededor de la gran TV LCD, y adyacente es el comedor con capacidad para 8, y la cocina, que está totalmente equipada y equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

Worst management company ever
The house was perfect for our family of 10. It could definitely use a deep cleaning. Our biggest complaints… water pressure was horrible. It took almost 10 minutes to fill the kitchen sink. Hot water was limited. (Which doesn’t make sense for a house of this size.). The mattresses need replaced. Very uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was the management company. I didn’t initially have the heater to the pool turned on, because we were going to spend most of our time at the water park. Once we found out how expensive it was, I called to have the heater turned on. I was told it be turned on the next day (Monday). It wasn’t, so I called and left a message. They responded on Tuesday saying there was a 5 day minimum, and since it couldn’t be turned on until Wednesday, they wouldn’t turn it on unless I paid for 5 days. ($35 per day). They were not friendly, and not very responsive. I will never rent anything that is managed by this company again.

Complaints
Cups in pool, blood on sheets, makeup left behind from previous people, refrigerator not wiped out and left dirty. Holes in couch. Table burnt with all dresser tops. Outlet covers crooked as well as kitchen island base. Hot water heater is only a 50 gallon for 5 bathrooms. Water pressure in kitchen sink was next to none. Hot water in master bedroom sink didnt work. Location was great as well as amenities. The house has most certainly had better days. We will stay in champions gate again but not this house.

Property was just like the picture! Everything was just right! The only issue was the WiFi password doesn’t match the paperwork. We got the correct code from the WiFi box otherwise no complaints! Looking forward to our next annual family vacation!

Don't Expect Much
Reaching management company by phone was near impossible. The day my family of ten arrived at 4:20 to find the property a mess and two cleaners on site telling me that it would be another two hours was the start. After being disconnected after being on hold for ten minutes on the "emergency" line I called back and after another ten minutes I finally spoke to someone who told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and I could have a late checkout on day of departure for the inconvenience. Since I saw the inside of the house I told her that would be impossible unless there were others coming to help and that my family would go to dinner to allow the house to be properly cleaned because I did not want it cleaned halfway. Of course when we arrived back the house had not been properly cleaned. Floor was in dire need of a mop, kitchen counters and sink were dirty as well as back sliders and all appliance fronts. I own Oceanfront properties that I rent out and my management company never would have allowed that. I paid for the heater to be turned on in the pool and that was not done until 3 days in and after repeated attempts to reach someone by phone. I finally got a reply to an email. It's very frustrating trying to reach a company when you are left on hold an average of 15 minutes then disconnected and having to call back again! This unit is in need of a cleaning, from thick dust on baseboard to mold on EVERY single shower and tub and under the rims of EVERY sink in this house. Most of remotes need batteries, no lamp in either sitting area, lamps in two bedrooms have shorts in the wires that make lights blink on and off, one bedroom lamp needs a light bulb, kitchen drawer is busted, towel racks in the bathrooms are pulled out of the wall and just dangling, door frame of the upstairs hall closet is busted at the bottom, dresser drawers are missing knobs, air filter is black and in need of changing. The sheets were clean but the bed pillows are disgusting and need to be replaced as well as the comforters had to be washed before we could use them. When I googled the company name in an attempt to get a different number in hopes that someone would answer I found all of the negative reviews and wished I would have seen them on VRBO before we chose to rent from this company. This is a beautiful home in a great location that is just not being taken care of. I expected more for the price I paid.

BEST VACATION HOME EVER!
This property was BETTER than described!!! The home was immaculate and very welcoming. It was fully furnished with cookware and glassware ready to use. There were enough towels for our entire party. We even used RedBox to rent a movie to watch in the movie room. My family and I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Davenport! Thank you for lending us this beauty!

Very nice, plenty of room.
Spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool, projector did not work. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. Easy access to the parks. We enjoyed Sea World, Disney Springs, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, and Daytona Beach during our stay. We also enjoyed two rest days just lounging around the house and the pool. Be sure to bring pool towels, no extra bath towels are provided. Overall we loved our stay.

Checked off all our boxes!!
Beautiful home, perfect for us and the extended family. Very spacious with a great pool. We did find a few things that did not work such as the projector, pool lights and TV. The later two were fixed in good time. We never did get to enjoy the projector though. The kitchen has no dish clothes or cleaning supplies however this is forewarned by the rental company. I will certainly be back!!

Good accomodation but needs better cleaning.
This house and neighborhood are 1st class. But low standard on cleaning such as linens not clean for some rooms, smudges on fridge and patio doors. We did wash all the beddings + other cleaning ourselves to make this stay more comfortable. This feedback is meant as a constructive criticism so the property owner is aware of this situation.

Beautiful, spacious, close to amenities
We had a great time! The house was clean and there was plenty of space to spread out! Our kids loved the pool and the big projector TV upstairs. It is so close to the Disney and Universal parks, it was a breeze getting where we needed to go. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day walking around the parks. Would definitely stay again!

Amazingly BEAUTIFUL
We were ecstatic with the room in this house everyone had their own space. The house was exactly as described! We had no maintenance problems at all. The only thing I would suggest they change is the code they email you they say gate code and it is not ...getting in the property you need your ID and address that's all ....the code is for later. We were so happy and had a great time WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE WOULD DO IT AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT !!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, it was beautiful. We have traveled to FL to watch my daughter play softball for the past 4 years and this house by far was the best. We had a full house and we never felt crowded. Now, along with the good there was a few things that we didn't care for and I am going to list them. 1. On certain evenings it took a long time to get into the gated community, and at one entrance you could scan you pass, so it would be quicker, but the scanner did not work. One night we waited over 15 minutes to get access in. 2- The lazy river at the community pool had only a few float devices, this was hard for younger kids. 3. We heard the neighbors shout out the access code to their house and it was the same as ours. 4. our pool wasn't heated when we arrived. I had to call maintenance to get the heat turned on and it took a couple of days to heat where it was comfortable. As I stated above, the house is amazing and I am sure you will enjoy your stay as we did.

Great location, nicely accommodates large group, house pool and community pool great!
5 stars- house layout and furniture was nice, beds were comfortable, bath linens were nice, pool and spa area was great, house was clean 3 stars- no kitchen linens except 1 dish cloth, no oven mitts, 2 frying pans were terrible, no large serving dishes. We paid for pool heat, spa would be pool temp until the jets were turned on, so took over an hour to get hot. Not convenient when gone all day and want to come home to a hot spa. Floors in showers were extremely slippery. My 2 kids fell! Definitely need slip resistant mats or adhesives before someone takes a a bad fall.

Beautiful home, clean and comfortable
Very well equipped home with excellent amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed this hoke, extremely clean and well taken care of. Property manager responded to issues quickly and they were resolved. We would higly recommend this property and will stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations!!!!
My family and I stayed at this property June 30, 2017 for six nights and it was absolutely stunning!!! The home was exceptionally clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and suited a family of 12 perfectly! The gated community was very quiet. My family and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood to look at the pretty scenery. Might I add, the clubhouse is also amazing and be sure to order some of their hot wings they are delicious! Honestly, if I could rate this home a 10, I would definitely do so! Thank you Andy for sharing your beautiful property with us, but most importantly thank you for responding to every single phone call, email, and text in a timely manner upon our arrival.
