Home away from Home
Everything was better than expected. Easy to get to and get into. How nice to walk into a spotless home with everything that we needed for the stay, other than food and beverage. This place was a great place to stay on every level. The host (Jack) was always quick to respond to any questions that we had prior to our stay. Publix and Target are very close too, for anything that you might need during your stay. I would highly recommend this Home away from Home. Tom

Perfect place and host for family get away
Jack was wonderful. Due to the recent hurricane he helped us extend our stay and we were all so wonderfully surprised at how nice this home was and how great a location it is in. Would 100% stay here again and recommend!

St Louis family
Home was very clean and hosts very accommodating. We asked for an extra day and received reply right away and they were able to extend our stay. Location is fantastic with shopping and restaurants nearby. Commuting to parks very easy.

Perfect location
The condo was easy to get to from Epcot and Disney Springs. Had everything you’d need in terms of towels, dishes and linens and lovely neighborhood with lots of things to do very. Lose by. Would come again for sure.

Great Location, Beautiful House
The House was better than the listing, plenty of room, Communcation with the owner was great, A few minutes' drive to Target and Publix and just about every chain restaurant you can think of is within 10 minutes' drive. Pool is within 50 feet of back door. Had a nice washer and dryer and everything was very clean.

The property was exactly as described and clean. The location was safe. The townhouse is very close to Promenade at Sunset for dining as well as the theme parks. I will definitely rent this property again! My only suggestions are to switch out some of the towels and bedding because they are no longer pure white.

Quiet clean getaway
This was really close to Disney but just far enough out that you didn’t have crowds or noise. The water park is unrelated to the neighborhood but only a 2 min drive. It was also wonderful and clean. Great, affordable place to stay with a family if you come to to the area!

Property is in a very nice area. The condo is as described. Very clean. It is not far from sunset walk which has restaurants and shops. Target is nearby. Very easy to get to parks. Had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

10 day cheer trip
The villa was just as described. Margaritaville itself is very large but there is a free shuttle available that takes you to the front or near to the restaurants. The home is stocked for just 3-4 days so for my 10 days there, I had to run to target for trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Having the washer and dryer was convenient and needed as there were not a ton towels in each bathroom. The beds were so comfortable as was the bedding. Plenty of closet space for storing clothes. A great margarita machine available but we didn’t actually have time to use it. One very sad part is that you have no access to pools. I even inquired about purchasing a day pass to the resort or the small pool nearby and it was not an option. There is a water park nearby but we just wanted to be able to relax by a pool for a couple of our less busy days. That is really my only complaint. On days we went to parks, this was not even a 2nd thought. The owner and management company was very helpful and always fast to respond. It was a great stay!

The property was fantastic and our family had zero complaints. We found our rental unit clean and well taken care of with modern furnishings and appliances. The property owner was communicative and responded to all questions quickly. It really made our vacation special staying at this property, and we will be reserving this location again for our future trips.

Perfect place to gather after our Florida activities
The property was very clean and well kept. There were 5 of us staying at the property. We were all happy that we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with on the app. We all agreed stay here when we visit the area again!

Great alternative to Disney resorts
We love Disney but our kids never sleep well crammed in a hotel room. This townhouse was spacious and perfect to spread out and sleep comfortably the few hours we were there between the parks. They accommodated an early check in and were very patient when I got the check out time wrong thinking it was noon rather than 11. We Ubered to the parks and it was very convenient and cost effective. Thank you!
