Unable to access pools/amenities and poor communication with management company, not resolved
The place was beautiful and very clean. It could definitely have used more equipment in the kitchen (pans to cook pizza on, measuring spoons, and some other basic things like kitchen hand towels or wash rags to wipe down counters. I was not provided a code to get into the pool that is located right behind the condo. I emailed the management company and got no response the entire stay. Another family gave me their code to use. We used the big waterpark/pool area on the first day. They just had us sign in and checked our bags. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you cannot bring in outside food or drinks. The second day we went to use this facility again and we were turned away. We were told that our address was on a "no access" list and with our expensive reusable cups in hand that we purchased the day before (because you can't bring things in) we were told we couldn't come in. Kids were all sunscreened, ready to go, and now crying. They gave me a phone number to have the property manager call and then email whatever needed handled. So I called the management company because there is no way to contact the owner, they were confused why we could not get in but said they would speak to management. I waited and waited and nothing. I called again and they had no update. Never got a call back and no update the rest of the stay. This is why we booked this place for the amenities!!!! Very upset and did not get our money's worth!!
