¡VIVE TU SUEÑO EN ESTA NUEVA CASA DE VACACIONES! ESTA VILLA ES REALMENTE UN TESORO OCULTO.
Con aire central, una gran piscina con vista al mar y no más de diez minutos en automóvil del lugar más feliz de la tierra, ¡esta casa de Florida es imprescindible! Esta villa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños está completamente amueblada con características adicionales que incluyen una gran piscina con mosquitero, máquinas de lavandería sin costo adicional y un televisor de pantalla plana. La casa tiene dos camas individuales, una reina y una cama king size. Las tres habitaciones incluyen mesas con cajones y aparadores. El acceso a la piscina está disponible a través del baño, la sala de estar y desde el dormitorio Queen. Afuera, la vista desde la piscina es impresionante. ¡Te alegrarás de no haberte perdido este y también lo hará Mickey Mouse! Nuestra villa es la combinación perfecta de querer estar cerca de la emoción de todas las atracciones que Florida Central tiene para ofrecer y luego regresar a casa para relajarse en paz y tranquilidad. Esta casa está ubicada en un vecindario que es un oasis tropical. Estás a 10 minutos del lugar más feliz de la tierra y puedes relajarte en una hermosa galería en lanai que da a un lago. Hay patos y otros animales salvajes paseando para disfrutar. También puedes pescar allí. Al final de la cuadra, a menos de una milla de distancia, se encuentra Rte. 192 que cuenta con restaurantes familiares y de alta gama también. Hay tantas opciones que tendrá problemas para decidir. El entretenimiento de todo tipo es abundante. INUNDATED with Ants...Do Not Recommend!!
We have stayed in a number of Vrbo's, unfortunately this is the first time I've ever had to write a negative review. We were a day late in arriving to the property due to a snow storm. Upon entry house had a very stale smell. Queen bedroom had little spider like bugs scurrying all over it. There was a dead frog on the side of the bed. Management came the next morning, sprayed to no avail. The house is INUNDATED with mini ants. Everywhere....kitchen counter walls. Bathroom counter, walls, toilet, tub, shower, all over our toiletries, toothbrushes, crawling on my shirt as i was getting ready. We had to spray to kill them every morning and everytime we returned from a day out. We had to go out and buy our own as the bottle of raid was empty in the laundry closet. They were relentless. Cooper did offer a 3 day refund if we left in 2nd email, but unfortunately we hadnt brought extra $ to find a new place to stay or had the time to find open availability elsewhere. We had an agenda and plans as most people do while on vacation. We made the most of it, for the sake of our vacation.The long and the short of it, we cannot recommend this property, unless you like insects.

True to the description, this villa was quiet, clean and comfortable. To the rear was a wooded area which provided the opportunity to sit by the pool and watch and listen to the wildlife which lived there - we spent a few evenings trying to identify the different sounds!. We only visited the Universal theme parks...about 35mins away with the traffic, but Disney is closer. The Walmart at the end of the road is very handy. The villa would benefit from some pool toys for younger kids, the wifi was unreliable on occasions and the lock on the door to the pool was poor. On the whole though, a good base for your Floridian exploits.

Orlando retreat
We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was so cute. We took advantage of the pool after long days at the the AAU National Volleyball tournament and theme parks. We felt very comfortable and at home! Everything was so easy from booking to check in to having access to all things Orlando offers. Everything was a short drive away!

Lovely villa in Kissimmee
We had a lovely stay at Cooper and Gretchen’s place in Kissimmee. The villa had everything the we needed and communication, key instructions, what to do when we arrived etc. with the owners was great. It’s around a 20 minute drive to all the Disney parks, and was a very relaxing place to come back to after a full on day in Disney. We hired a car from Orlando International and we’re at the property in around 30 minutes. Overall it was a great place to stay for a family of 4 with a 14 and 11 year old. Walmart at the end of the road v convienient too. Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

Don’t get fooled by the description of the rainforest (which ended up being plastic birds on a shelf). The pictures online also show what appears to be a water view outside the pool area. Nope, that’s in the neighbors backyard. House served its purpose though. Would not stay again. Overpriced for what we could have gotten elsewhere with an actual heated pool and hot tub.

Our stay is this property was beyond expectations. It is in a quiet and peaceful location and The wildlife and view of the reserve behind property makes it even more enjoyable. The Owner (Mr Cooper) always communicated with me when I needed to ask a question. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice and quiet vacation with your spouse/family. Trust me you would not regret it.

A gem in a great location
Communication from start to finish was first class. The property itself is great - spacious and v.well equipped. The pool area is brilliant & private, the kids loved it and the whole area nice a quiet, but a short distance from everything you need. Condition of property is good, beds comfy and clean... Showers could do with a bit of TLC, but that's about it and nothing major, perfectly serviceable.

Terrible owners are a fraud do not rent!!! They steal money
We arrived at the property to find that the ac was not working and the house had an inside temperature of 86. We contact the host and was informed that the repair man would arrive at 7:30 pm. Mind you we arrived at the property at 4pm. Then received a message from host saying that we had to leave property because I had two extra people in my party which I do not see anything wrong when the house clearly sleeps 8 people. Long short we left the property like that have asked us. We even cleaned whatever we put out of place now the owner is cleaning that the property was left a mess and that they will not be refunding us anything. This is so sad because we are a working class family just like them and they have stolen from us. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND THEN BLAME YOU. Thank fully I have proof that the property was left clean and I will be contacting my attorney and reporting them with vrbo.

Perfect for our family of 4
Super clean, great communication up to and during our stay. We have a 15 and 13 yr old...more than enough space for us all. Loved the pool! So close to everything, Walmart and liquor store attached was Very convenient! The house had everything we needed, had to purchase some laundry detergent but I did know that beforehand. Loved all the cool and interesting movie memorabilia too! Great place all around, would highly recommend!

Perfect base for a family vacation
It is always a worry when booking holiday accommodation and you invest so much money time and energy choosing one to meet your needs not knowing if what you are going to get is what is reflected in the listing. In this case we very much felt what was listed was representative. The villa in our opinion was in a good state of upkeep it was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy with very clean bedding. The pool side furniture was of good quality and the pool was very clean. The games room was a huge hit with my youngest son. We had to shuffle things around in the kitchen to find space for our food but that as only because the kitchen was so well stocked! The area is fine. Mainly residential I think, very quiet with properties kept in good condition. So handy for both Walmart and Aldi just five minutes or less up the road. Took 25 mins to drive to the Disney parking lots. Lots of very interesting Disney, Harry Potter and titanic exhibits in the house which were really lovely to take a look at. Communication from this proprietor was amazing. We always felt someone was on hand. A great stay thanks so much.

Needs professional cleaning and updating throughout.
I will preface with me and my family have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and never experienced a home as dirty as this one. Photos of this property are obviously several years old or older. The home is in need of a professional deep cleaning. Window, blinds, fans, vents were all covered in dust and grime. Walls, trim and doors were covered in fingerprints and grime. Carpet was filthy and had dirt trails in high traffic areas. Neighborhood is obviously in a downward decline. Surrounding homes and lawns are in a variety of conditions. Not located in an area that you would want to be out in dark. Pool deck area and screens were covered in mold/mildew and need of power washing. Exterior of the home is also in need of a good washing and fresh painting. Overall we found this proeprty to not be a good value for the money.

Fabulous stay for our family!
From the moment we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised with the house and it exceeded our expectations. Very roomy for a family of 6. Game room was nice way to wind down after a long day. As well as the pool. We loved seeing the wildlife that would appear out back with our morning coffee as well. Close proximity to eats and entertainment and the parks. We will definitely be back!

Great place, highly recommend!
Our family had a great time at this home. It was very clean. Host was very responsive to inquiries. I would recommend renters pay extra to have the pool heated in the winter. It was well worth the additional investment. We look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent space, very good location, attentive hosts. We really enjoyed this property. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom, but overall this property is an excellent option !!!

Better alternative than a hotel
So much better than a hotel room. Plenty of space for the kids to run around. Pool right outside. After a long day at Disney it was nice to come back and relax by the pool without having to pack another bag and head downstairs to the pool like in a hotel room. The kids played in the game room while the adults just chilled on the couch with a drink and rested their poor feet!! The place was immaculate and so much room for everyone.

Beautiful home
What a wonderful home to stay at. It has a private pool. Easy access to a Walmart and plenty of things to do around town. They have wash cloths and towels for your convenience. They also offer to get you theme park tickets at a reasonable price ( wish I knew this before purchasing ours before hand). The garage has games for all ages of kids.
