Great location to go to all the parks(15 minutes to Disney). Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows after long days in Disney! Plenty of room for us. Pool is huge! We loved this rental and highly recommend. Host was easily accessible with all our questions. Adult kids walked to Old Town and food trucks. Kitchen well stocked too!

Great location and stay

Close to everything. Plenty to do and lots of places to eat. Pool area super nice. Home was just as described. Had plenty of room for our stay. Host was very responsive.

COMFY BEDS! CLEAN! AMAZING LOC.!

This was an amazing stay. Teens were able to come and go to Old Town/Fun Spot. If you have a group doing FUNSPOT, get the season ticket for 1 and get 4 more tickets free. Unlimited riding! King and Queen beds were amazing. Sleeping is an important factor in deciding my place to stay. Pool and slide were nice.Host is awesome! Always prompt on text responses and refreshingly nice. Thanks, Lauren! We will be back!(sorry for pic blackout. foster children :)

Perfect Stay

My daughters and I take a yearly trip with all 5 of their combined kids every year and they all voted this was the best property we have ever stayed at..from the perfect location to the amazing condo and the awesome pool it was a perfect vacation. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating and the layout of the condo allowed all of us to have plenty of space.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a cheer competition! This house was perfect for four adults and for girls. There was enough space for everyone to retreat and be comfortable. Three bathrooms was perfect for all of us, no one felt cramped up. The decor was nice and friendly. The house was clean the check-in instructions were clear. The clubhouse and pool made for a great day of fun. The locations was near all stores, food, and fun. We will definitely book here again.

BEST.LOCATION.EVER!!!

I've stayed in VRBO and the "other" properties for almost 20 years and the best host owns this house right here. She is readily available, wants to do anything to make your stay perfect, knows the area well and can recommend places for fun, food and shopping. The house was large enough for our group of 10 and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked but doesn't have all the extra stuff like crock pots, mis-matched food containers, casserole dishes - no one needs, wants or uses them anyway. We stayed for almost 2 months and don't eat out constantly so we need space for food, snacks and all of our stuff. The house was clean, everything worked and it is located right next to the front gate, clubhouse, pool, and restaurant. And the pool is kept at tropical temps, maybe 87. Kids just loved the water slides. My family also loved being able to easily run back and forth to the pool, walk over to Old Town for lunch, dinner or a quick bite, drinks, street performers or music at one of the clubs. Then there's the World of Food Trucks and a huge indoor flea market right across the highway. All this within walking distance. Once you get in your car, you can make airport runs in 20-25 minutes (we made 5 to MCO with zero traffic), Disney Springs in 15 minutes or less and many restaurants, shops, and outlets faster than that. We've been snowbirding for 10 years and the is the first year that we are not ready to leave. Already planning our trip to come back next year.

Fun in Orlando

The condo was ideally situated —near the parks and actual walking distance to a fun amusement park called Old Town. The pool and pickle ball court made for some fun downtime.

Great Character Stay at Regal Oaks

We had a wonderful time at Lauren’s townhouse. The kids loved the decor. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were very spacious. The proximity to the clubhouse and pool was very convenient. The pool area is large and tropical. The slides were a big hit! Lauren was a great host!

Good, but needs some small improvements

Pros: Great location. Lots of beds! Convenient to all the parks. Clean enough, except the bathroom rugs are all dirty. Adequate kitchen supplies. Cons: Bunk beds are kind of wobbly, so no way an adult can sleep on top. Most of the pillows are flat as a pancake and need replaced. Chandelier hangs headbangingly low. Could provide more trash bags, dishwasher pods, and TP for longer stays like ours. Sofa is broken.

A Great Stay

We are a Senior age 50 plus group that takes yearly vacation. It was a good choice for us. The location was great! The house was good and secure. We enjoyed the bonus deers that greeted us at times. However, there were a few issues with the water slow draining out sinks in each bathroom and Main bedroom tub which is a little high to step in for us seniors. Maybe a step stool would help. The downstairs bathroom was missing a towel rack. in the Mario and Luigi room the lamps wouldn’t stay on, also in main, the bedside lamps did not work. In the Minions room, the door would not stay closed. If first load of bedsheets are expected to be started in washer then detergent should be provided. In the kitchen it would help if there were mixing bowls provided and ironing board. We enjoyed the area attractions ie Old Town, the outlet malls, gift shops, the flea Market, Disney Springs and City Walk. We even fitted in a concert at the University of Central Florida. We really enjoyed our stay in Florida and would keep this rental on the list for future trips.

Great Location

Awesome rental for a larger family who is going to Orlando Parks and activities. My grandchildren loved the two bunk beds and trundle in the Minions Room, sleeps 5 children/teens. There were rooms for the adults that were comfortable. We did not do much food prep (except oatmeal for breakfast), but there seemed to be a supply of pots and pans. The decorations were fun. The washer and dryer were a great perk for those spending a few days in the parks and are from out of state. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

We all loved this home for our vacation stay! My husband was not able to come with us for the first time ever and I was nervous about feeling safe with my 4 kids but this property was so amazing! Safe, convenient, perfect location! We loved our time here and loved that the pool and clubhouse were so close. The deer the run through the area were so much fun to watch too!! If we ever are back in Orlando/Kissimmee area, we will definitely book this home! Thank you so much Lauren!

Perfect location

Lauren is the absolute best host. If you need anything, she will make it happen. The condo was in a great location and has nice amenities like the pool/hot tub, waterslides, bar and restaurant on site. Close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. AC was nice and cold. Everything was clean and in working order. Great place to stay for a great price!

Time with family

Came to Orlando for a cheer competition found this cute house in a wonderful neighborhood!! I was really nervous renting because it was my first time doing it on my own. The owner of the house was so accommodating with my questions messaged me back right away all the time. She put me at ease. Planning on visiting again later this year, and I'm definitely going to rent the same house!!!

Best place to be!!!

My immediate family, all seven of us were extremely happy with this rental property. Our host went above and beyond to make adjustments when other disrespectful renters destroyed our initial rental she was upfront and kind and able to rearrange plans to avoid inconveniencing us. The place was clean, a great location within Orlando, I felt safe walking with my children after dark around the Condo complex. The pool and slides were excellent for my family. My children really enjoyed This condo and gated community. I would definitely rent again from this host if we find ourselves looking for a place to stay in Orlando, I really can’t say enough nice things about this booking.

NOT “new” as listed. Poor quality furnishings. Poor business practices.

I wasn’t planning to share a review bc the owner responded well to our inquiries (although with excuses). But skip to the bottom as to why we are. Firstly, this is advertised as “new”. She means “newly refurbished”. In general we found this house to not be very sturdy and poorly outfitted. We aren’t reckless, we care for the places we stay, but items were ALREADY broken upon our arrival. (I’ll get back to this). Chair legs about to break, and wobbly, couch sunken in, curtain rods that were flimsy and fell on us while showering. The stairs have a high ledge (placed due to the refurbishment of the stairs when they used flooring for the stairs) on the edge of each stair that makes it very uncomfortable to go up and down. We stayed VERY little time in this home. We were gone from 645am to 9pm each day we were there except for 1. We only ever ate breakfast there very quickly while we were getting ready for parks. The day we did not go to a park we were chose not to stay bc it was uncomfortable. We ate breakfast, watched tv for a short while, went to the pool and Disney springs. Then came home after dinner. I say all that bc we just got notice that the owner just processed our protection insurance to replace the couch, dining chairs and side tables. We barely touched any of those items and noted them all in poor condition the day we arrived. And also notified the owner. I think it’s necessary to allow you to know what you’re in for with this rental and owner.

Fabulous Location

I rented this location because my son his wife and our 3 grandchildren were coming for a short visit. The 5 of them were joined by our other son and his girlfriend, so including my wife and I that made 9 people. The house layout was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths we all had enough room. The girls eye lit up when they saw the bulk beds and quickly decided who was sleeping where. The 10 year old gave instructions to the 8 and 6 year old and it worked out well. The only downside was the dinning table only would hold 6 of us at a time but we made it work. The location was fantastic only 15 minutes to the Magic kingdom and not much further for the other parks. The swimming pool was also a big hit even though because of the short visit we only used it one day for a short time. The onsite restaurant was a welcome sight because after a long day we did not want to travel far for a quick dinner. There is no doubt that when our family visits again and this home is available we will stay here again. S.R.

Perfection!

Absolutely love this place and the location as well as the owner! Amazing communication, perfect location to get to Disney or Universal parks, or to ESPN WWOS. Such a clean house and comfy beds! We all had plenty of space and were comfortable at the end of our long days. The themed rooms made it much more fun for the kids! Would stay here again and highly recommended.

Solid Orlando Option

We were in town for the Disney Marathon and the property proved to be a great location with easy access to the parks and other local amenities. Four bedrooms for a family our size was key and we all were comfortable. Lauren, the host, was a terrific communicator and took care of us well.
