Perfect for our family of 6!

We were in Orlando for a dance competition that was held at the Disney Coronado resort. This was a short drive and a great location for us! The condo itself was extremely clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive to my questions. Our kids loved the pools, water slides, and lazy river. It was so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. I was worried about the temperature based off of a previous review, but we actually were a little chilly with it set at 72. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

We just returned from a great week at this condo for our spring break vacation. The condo is beautiful with modern decor and was very clean (and I have super high standards for cleanliness). The resort was really nice and well maintained. Our two kids had a blast swimming in the larger pool and lazy river. There is an outdoor bar and snack stand as well as mini golf. The condo is a short drive to Disney and Universal Studios and was a perfect home base. The only thing that could stand to be improved are the towels as they were very thin and worn out. But it wasn’t a huge deal as everything else was perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

Nice property in a very good location

A very nice condo with a balcony view. We had stayed before in Orlando near the Convention Center. This was much more convenient with “less”traffic and close to the Disney properties. Well supplied and clean. Highly recommended.

Awful management company. Say no to Shine properties

There is a multi page contract you have to sign they send you a couple days before your stay. In this there is a clause that says the air conditioner can’t be decreased below 72. I sleep very hot and at least have my air conditioner on 70. When I asked about getting it below 72 down to 70 they referred me back to the contract. I get it I should have read the entire contract with Tony words on my phone but I didn’t. This management company had the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. Two these guys were patronizing, hateful and demeaning. I will NEVER stay at a place here that is run by shine villas. I finally got them to decrease it to 71. The condo had mold growing at the door of the shower and the condo smelled like dogs. The grounds there were impeccable and upon further investigation there are many condos and houses that are run by different management properties. Stay AWAY from Shine. Absolute 0 for SHINE property management company.

All was good but the master bedroom bed had hairs under sheets. Looked like pubic hairs and one of the towels in the master had stain in it. And the sheets looked like they were just turned upside down and not washed. I had to rewash the sheets myself before going to bed

Our Fl trip was for our two daughters to compete in AAU Nationals for volleyball. We had wave 1 & wave 3, which made our stay in important for access to a clean, safe & comfortable property with a 10/10 on all levels.

In town for convention and extended it into a mini vacation. Condo was amazing. Very clean and comfortable with a great balcony overlooking the smaller resort pool. Very quiet and relaxing. My only recommendation would be to update the bath towels and sheets. They show and feel wear but served their purpose.

Spring Break

Super clean and exactly as listed. Pools were well kept but pretty crowded. Only negative I have is after our account was drafted they still required selfies with our ID and Debit Cards. Seemed a little sketchy and unsafe to send. Overall great stay and very nice place.

Excellent Stay!

Just as advertised. Very clean condo overlooking pool area. Complex was very quiet, especially in the evenings. Very minor issues: pots and pans definitely need replacing, and lack of temperature control made it at times uncomfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Great family option!

Our family of 4’stayed here when we visited for the UDA college dance team nationals. We enjoyed having more space compared to a hotel and also having the option for snacks/meals there. Overall our suite was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. We did have to call office to allow us to increase thermostat above 68 because it was colder this week. Also water pressure is a bit weak. Other than that, perfect stay!!

Perfect Home away from Home for a conference

From the gate entry to the elevator ride up to the unit I couldn’t ask for anything more. The unit unlike some places I’ve stayed was almost better represented in actually than the photos. 5 star plus rating!

Home away from home!

We loved our stay in your condo! We were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was awesome! We went to Universal and Epcot and both were super easy drives. Shopping, Restaurants and Regal Cinema were very close. We visited the Conga putt putt course and it was so much fun. The amenities were great and very close. Everything was so wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

A wonderful vacation!

We finally decided to take our family to Disney. The property was the perfect place to stay. Close to all of the parks, spacious, clean, with a gorgeous view of the pool from large balcony! We didn’t want to leave and can not wait to go back. Do not hesitate to book this property, it was a magical stay!
