A Good Choice, Great Value
Our family with adult children stayed 10 nights over Christmas and New Years and had a very good experience for the value. The Champions Gate area is super-convenient to the theme parks and dining options. Vacasa keeps the unit very clean and well stocked with nice touch amenities to welcome us. The 3 bedrooms worked great for us. The screened in patio with wood decking material and secluded nature preserve view was a quiet private retreat for morning coffee. The resort pool and spa was well kept and a great place to enjoy the sun. The VRBO listing pictures are current and accurate of our experience of amenities, bedding, furniture, laminate flooring, housewares, etc. Our only suggestions for further improvement would be to replace the toaster (only 1/2 of it worked), add a few more kitchen utensils and bakeware, and lastly and importantly, repair the laminate flooring installation because it doesn't lay flat. All in, a good choice and great value! Thank you for hosting us.

Good location but a tired condo unit
Overall impressions were unimpressive. Nice location but the condo unit showed that it was tired. Broken door handle and frayed carpet that was dirty in areas. The television did not give us the basic network channels and tech support did not respond with a solution. Either the unit did not have the basic channels available or something was broken. Either way, it was not satisfactory. We stayed in another condo in the same location last year and had a great experience. But not this year.

Great condo
Except for the carpet needing to be cleaned, it was a very nice, comfortable condo. Well maintained property and pool area. One item that did not work was the toaster.

The unit was well laid out, the beds were comfortable, the showers were nice and the kitchen was easy to work with. However when we first arrived we didn’t have any cooking utensils, frying pans or anything to cook with in the oven. I called and requested that we be provided with a spatula, cooking spoons, a frying pan and either a cookie sheet or pizza pan. They were provide a day or 2 later. The first time I used the toilet in the ensuite the handle fell off. I had to fix it in order to make use of the toilet. It also didn’t flush properly and continued to run periodically. I mentioned this and was told someone would come the next day. No one came. The carpet was disgusting. The unit allows for dogs and the carpet fully represented that. I was also told when I called that a basic amenity of the complex was basic cable. Our unit didn’t have cable. I’m a huge football fan. 3 days before the superball I called to ask that this deficiency be addressed. It wasn’t. I watched the game in the gym. As for the gym, it’s tired. Old equipment. Needs a facelift. The pool is beautiful. I think my disappointment mostly stems from the fact that Vacasa were slow to respond and in some cases just paid lip service which why I have rated this as 3 stars.

Quiet, convenient and close to beautiful pool
My family enjoyed the stay. There were plenty of towels, linens were clean and delightful kitchen. Loved the keurig and pods for coffee. Bathrooms with granote counters and new shower with awesome shower head. Nice porch with view.

Simple changes could give this 5 star rating!
A few updates and additions and this could easily be a 5 star rental. The carpeting in the unit needs to be replaced badly., therefore er reflected this in the cleanliness area. Other than the carpet the unit was very clean! Upgrading the pillows on the beds and adding some blankets too would be great! And finally adding more comfortable seating in the living room for more people would be a nice upgrade as well. We stayed in the unit for 12 days and everything else about our stay was wonderful! The price was definitely right!
